Was very nice watching the ocean waves over rocks all day long. Beds were comfortable. Host was very nice. I have only good things to say about the experience.

If you want to step back, relax and have Maine ocean coast views from almost every room. Warm and inviting, cozy beds with extra linen for cold nights. Wood everywhere with the older vintage version of cottage that remind me when times were more simple. No dishwasher no problem, we had more time to talk over making meals. We Will be back to soak up this beautiful spot again.

Amazing property and wonderful hosts

As gorgeous as it looks on the website, it was far and away even better than the pictures. Tons of space inside and out, incredible ocean views, walking distance to amazing public beach. Couldn't have hoped for more.

Absolutely Wonderful

The house and location were absolutely terrific. Toni was so helpful.So great being able to bring the pups with us who also loved it. waking up or eating lunch with that view is like heaven on earth.

Perfect property adjacent a sensational beach

Bring your dog and enjoy one of the world's best beaches! Coastal Maine at its best. Lovely property, comfortable, private, well equipped and mazing views. We'll be back.

Wonderful Vacation

Absolutely stunning oceanfront property in Maine! The cozy house provided a perfect Thanksgiving retreat for a 3-night stay. Breathtaking views, well-equipped amenities, and the sound of waves crashing made it a memorable experience. Ideal for a family getaway or a peaceful escape. The only downside was having to leave this tranquil haven!

Great Stay

Overall we had a great stay at the house. Everything was as listed and was close to everything we had planned. The one downfall to the property is that there is very limited comfortable seating in the living room. Other than that everything was perfect.

We loved Ocean Spray

We visited with our young children and dog and absolutely loved the house and area. The house had everything we needed and the views were amazing. We loved watching the stars from the deck and the outside sitting area. It is a very quiet neighborhood and is close to beautiful beaches. The host, Toni, was super helpful and available.

Beautiful, convenient location for memorable weekend

Location is perfect! About 15 minutes from the cute, walkable Kennebunkport and 35 minutes from downtown Portland. The Fortune Rocks area, itself, is quiet and beautiful. But you'll find you often want to just stay home and enjoy the water views from nearly every room. Well-stocked, well-situated, and surrounded by ocean. Oh, and reservations were smooth and the property manager was responsive and helpful.

Toni was a great host and met us at the door to show us around. She was a wealth of information for the historical home and the local area. We enjoyed our winter adventure on the rocks of Maine. The fireplace and view was well used and loved both morning and evenings. The little porch was great for watching the sea ducks and the loons diving for their meals. We saw at least 5 different ducks. The beds were comfortable and the house was plenty warm with all the blankets you would want. We did a short drive to Kennebunkport for Christmas Prelude and good local beer and chowda. We would like to come back some day.

Fortunate Indeed!

Delightful stay at this quintessential seaside home. It is literally perched above the sea with glorious views from most every window. Very well appointed with almost anything you might need. Wonderful property manager made sure everything was just right. This beautiful home is a true gem!

Winter getaway

Beautiful property! Stunning views and awesome outdoor fire pit!! We loved the cozy living room with ocean views on one side and stone fireplace on the other. Kitchen and bathroom could use some updating but are fully functional. Property manager was super helpful and pleasant. Loved that it was dog friendly too. Would highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway anytime of the year.

My grandparents bought 10 Oceanspray in the early 1950s, after it was rebuilt from the Great Fires of 1947. It was passed down to my mother, who brought our family to the house every summer as we were growing up. Now the third generation family owner, we have been busy refurbishing so that our home will continue to bring family, friends, and you the spectacular Maine coastal scenery, relaxing days on the beach, and other magical memories it has brought us. In fact, all our rental earnings are invested back into the house.

We hope our oceanfront retreat will be as special to you as it is to us, and that you'll come back year after year!
