Reviewer Comments: very nice unit everything worked as it should, FYI with all the rain Sunday the southeast window behind the couch leaked a bit, we used a towel to get up, it didn't affect our stay but wanted you to know.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. We love the location and the layout of the unit fits our family of 12 perfectly. This unit is beautiful and was very clean.

Lacking in a few areas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Phoenix Gulf Shores, usually. This condo had its issues. The 3 guest bedrooms had horrible, sagging mattresses. All bed pillows need replacing and were mismatched. You couldn't control the speed of the ceiling fans. Terrible skillets in kitchen. Considering all of that, we did have a good vacation.

The condo was great but the weather prevented us from getting any beach time. I requested a late check out because Sunday was going to be a great day, but was denied even though the property was not rented out for the next week. Paid a lot of money to stay in the condo.

Overall it was a great unit! The floor upon check in was not clean. There was also not good communication with the host. We had a couple of issues that were taken care of but there was no correspondence back from the host at all. The people just showed up unexpectedly without any message back or scheduling.

Overall this was a nice place except the bedding was not freshly washed nor did the sheets properly fit the uncomfortable mattresses. The floors clearly have not been cleaned in some time. Location and beach access were great. Responsive when requested bath linens as there were a limited amount initially.

Overall the room was very spacious for a big family and the beach views were amazing! We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Left over food and coffee was left, food was found under cabinets along with other items, clothes were left behind, and the bed had stains. There was sand all over the floor, which I know some you can’t help but have but overall I wasn’t sure if the room was cleaned at all. The room was overall good for price, but very sad on how nasty it was.

Parking and access was amazing. View was great. Communication was bad. The beds were not acceptable. My wife went and slept on the couch one night. Our backs hurt the whole trip. Bring your own TP and trash bags. They don’t respond when you email them. View was great. They need to replace the beds asap.

Great family stay

We had 5 couples and a newborn and there was plenty of room in this condo. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need (great balcony views, indoor and outdoor pool, easy access to beach, etc.)

This condo was the perfect place for our large family vacation. The condo is clean and comfortable. It has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The parking, pool, and beach access were very convenient. We spent a lot of time on the very large patio. Plenty of seating everywhere, except for the dining table. I wish it had eight chairs as there is plenty of room for two more. You will want to pack dishwasher and laundry detergent, and toiltet paper as they get you started with a very small amount.

Family Vacation!

Our family had an excellent time!!! The condo exceed our expectations! The location on the 3rd floor was perfect for a family with lots of kids going back and forth to the pools! Everything was perfect we plan to stay again!!

Amazing condo

We will definitely come back to this place. Views were amazing! Condo was clean and had easy access to parking, beach, pools. Kids loved the pools.

Family fun trip

This place was wonderful! Very close parking, unloading carts easily accessible, very friendly staff especially the security staff!! Everything was very clean and stocked! So close to the beach and the pools were great!! We will definitely make this an annual family destination. Thank you!

Perfect Get Away

Very clean property with an amazing balcony view. It has a nice pool and such an easy access to the beach as well as security 24/7. Will be going back
