This cozy home features an open floor plan with modern appliances, spacious rooms, and central air conditioning. The beds offer exceptional comfort with Euro-top mattresses and premium linens. The backyard boasts a two-level deck equipped with a Weber gas grill, providing a perfect setting for relaxation after a day of shopping or enjoying the beach. You can cozy up to the Jotul insert fireplace during those chilly spring, fall, and winter nights.

We loved the convenience to the Seaport from this location, and it had everything we needed in terms of blankets, pillows, utensils and even goodies left for us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this home!

One of the best trips I’ve booked through Vrbo. Host, Stan, is a wonderful communicator. The house is beautiful, clean, walking distance to so many Mystic must see places. The house had everything we could possibly think of needing. It was wonderful sitting out on the back deck and enjoying the sunset, or by the fire with family. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, sparkling water and music. This host definitely thinks of all of the little things to make people on vacation actually feel like they are on vacation.

We had an incredible stay at this home - the owner was kind, communicative, and left so many thoughtful touches for the holiday. From treats when we arrived to an incredibly well appointed home, to cozy blankets all around and wood for the fire - this was a spectacular week. Location also can’t be beat!

This is a great cozy home to relax at in Mystic. Close enough to restaurants and shopping, but just outside of town on a quiet street. My wife and I enjoyed the home for a long winter weekend sitting by the fire place and enjoying the relaxation. The owner was great with communication and even surprised us with treats for a warm weekend. We highly recommend this home any time of the year.

Outstanding stay overall. House had everything our little family needed - and some extras. Our host made sure we had all the necessities and was always available if we needed him (although we didn’t because the house was set up for success).

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The location was perfect—close to everything in downtown Mystic while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests.We especially appreciated the extra amenities the owners provided, which made the stay feel easy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Little details like that really stood out and made it clear how much care they put into hosting.Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would absolutely recommend it to others—and happily stay here again ourselves.
