Great Location

We had a great time at the Pili Mai! It was a great location - close to Poipu and the beach and the Hyatt (I was there for a meeting). The pool was great and the location of the condo was so easy. We had one little issue, but the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with! Thank you!

Wonderful Condo & Location

We spent one week as an extended family over the New Year and loved the stay. The condo is well equipped with all of the supplies you need. The layout with separate wings were perfect for each family. Location is within walking distance (15 min to Poipu beach) or a quick drive. Facilities are well maintained and neighborhood was quiet.

Great Location

Minutes from shopping and the beach, but in a quiet, relaxed location. The pool was across from the building, and yet it was quiet enough we couldn't hear anyone.

Fall Family Vaca

Great location for many beaches, shops and restaurants! A+ there We loved the lanai for morning coffees and the kids were excited the pool was across the road from the front porch. Great perk having the beach towels and gear! Feedback: wish they provided more than a tiny tube of shampoo/soap for a week’s stay. Needs general maintenance on some areas that are worn or broken but nothing major.

Nice stay for our family

The condo was very nice and well appointed. It looks like the property had been renovated fairly recently. It was nice having the two downstairs bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the two separate upstairs bedrooms with another full bathroom upstairs. Air conditioning worked well and furnishing were nice. Wifi and TVs were nice. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Property manager was very responsive to questions. The condo is very close to the community pool, which was nice. Checking in was very easy and using a code to enter was nice as opposed to keeping track of house keys. Garage had all sorts of equipment, including a ton of beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, sand toys, etc. I recommend this property and will look to stay here again on our next trip to the island.

Family oasis

My family and I have been coming to Kauai for over a decade. It’s one of our favorite places as a family. This is our first time at this property and we loved it. Great location, great unit, plenty of space and very nice. Highly recommend it. We had 7 people in our party and all were very comfortable.

Family fun in Kauai

We stayed in a lovely 4 bedroom condo in Poipu. The condo was as advertised and very well stocked with all the necessities for great family dinners. The property owners had a garage full of water toys, cooler, umbrellas and beach chairs. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The only disappointment was the outdoor grills didn’t work very well. The grounds were beautiful and well tended. We had a fabulous week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was very friendly and helpful Stephanie was awesome! A++++. Our party was a little disappointment at the cleanliness of the condo. But we made quick work of that. A few in our group cleaned the kitchen and floors as well as the couch and outdoor furniture. We washed all the covers for seating, as we didn't feel comfortable sitting on the furniture with the stains and grime. The mid stay cleaning was ok but I think our cleaning overshadowed it. The master bedroom bed needs replaced. We had to flip the bed over and use the foam topper to get some kind of sleep. The Pool area was very nice close to our condo. Of course the island fun was the best!

Spacious condo in good location

Large and comfortable 4bd apartment. 5 min drive to famous Poʻipū Beach. Less than twenty steps to swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen. Super easy check-in/out process. Plenty of beach gear in the garage. Clean and quiet community.

Great family friend spot in Poipu!

We had two families (each with two younger kids) and the setup was amazing. Kids upstairs, parents downstairs, two primary suites. Very close to the beach (we drove to Poipu beach most days) but parking is super easy everywhere nearby. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. House was well stocked, very comfortable, garage full of what you need for the beach. Would highly recommend this place to families traveling with small children.

Couldn’t have been better!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The rental unit was exactly as described and spotless! We comfortably had 2 families living there and found the layout to be ideal. Location is great as it’s super close to Poipu beach park and many other great spots on the south shore. Communication was easy and clear. The only 2 things that weren’t perfect but didn’t really matter were we found the king beds to be not very comfortable and the kitchen has no spices besides salt and pepper. It would be nice if a unit that had such a nice kitchen was a little more stocked in that department as we did a ton of cooking.

Perfect location steps from the pool and a super short drive to Poipu beach and shopping and all the sights on the south and west part of the island. The condo had tons of space. Some of the furniture in the joint use spaces was getting run down - quite stained and dirty but overall was nice. The property management company was awesome to deal with - text reminders and they were there to help if needed.

Perfect place for 8

We had a wonderful time staying here with 4 adult couples. The common area gave us enough room to spread out and the kitchen was great for making meals. The bedrooms were reflect as they could combine the twin beds to make them queens/kings. We had a great time exploring the area and get like we were in the perfect location for shops, beaches and the pool - everything was walkable. I definitely recommend this place for a vacation!! Thank you.

Beautiful property. Great hosts.

Property was just as advertised. My 6 year old loved being so close to the pool. My older kids, my wife, and I loved the proximity to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. The place was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We couldn't be happier with our stay at Pili Mai.

A Wonderful Place to Call Your Vacation Home

We had a fantastic time on our vacation and loved this condo! It fit our needs perfectly, and the location was excellent for everything we wanted to do, see, and eat. The property is clean and comfortable, with easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining. It was peaceful and quiet for those mornings and evenings we spent on the deck. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we look forward to our next trip!

Family trip to Kauai…

We had a really nice stay at the condo! The pool was right out the front door, it was clean and had a big whirlpool. The people staying there would let their children jump at you from both sides of the pool during the afternoon, but around dinner time they went in. Condo was nice, but patio furniture was not that great! One of the large swivel chairs had a broken base and would not be a sturdy seat of you were the lucky one to sit there. Close to food and beaches. Beds we’re comfortable and kitchen was nice, but the freezer door at the bottom was always going off the tracks and no ice or water dispenser on the fridge. Had to make your own ice every day. But when you’re on a beautiful island you look past these things - miss it already! If these items were fixed we’d stay again.

Nice property

The property is really nice with modern decor and central AC. Location is next to the pool and the garage was filled with beach chairs and pool floaties. Property manager was really responsive to all my questions. My only only complaint is that the shower curtains were dirty and had a musty smell which spread to the bedrooms. I had to wash to shower curtains which remedied the problem. Over all I would recommend the property. Aloha
