Amazing property to stay at. So close to some of the best Kauai has to offer. home is so comfortable with lots of little perks that make the stay more comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent stay near beaches in Poipu. Very clean property. We were a little afraid of no air conditioning, but with fans on at night it was pleasant. Plenty of space to spread out and give the family their own rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

First Family Trip

This was the perfect place for our first family vacation. We enjoyed spending time together, eating meals, and using the athletic club membership, as well as going to the very close beaches, and as an anchor for daily adventures.

Fantastic Stay!

Jim and Julianna's house was the perfect place during our stay on Kaua'i! The house is beautiful with wonderful amenities like a well stocked kitchen and grill for cooking and lovely outdoor seating areas on the deck and in their gardens. Jim and Julianna were excellent hosts and we would absolutely stay again!

Excellent Stay

We stayed with 3 other couples, 8 adults total. The house was roomy, well furnished, and well suited for 8 people. No air conditioning, but a whole house fan brought in the cool evening and night air. Beautiful property!!

Great Place Walking Distance to Beach

This place was perfect for us. We had two families of 4 and we could not have asked for a better place. Location put us a few blocks from a great beach and the included athletic club was an added perk. Beautiful garden and well maintained home with very responsive host.

Thanksgiving in Kauai

Great location for family time. Our adult children enjoyed having access to the gym, while our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the gym pool/slide. Easy walk to the ocean. Quite neighborhood.

Great stay in Poipu!

We were two families on vacation, and we loved the size of the home, and the fact that there was space for everyone. It’s a quick walk to Poipu Beach, and the wagon and beach gear were amazing. The kids also had a blast at the pool at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Highly recommend and we hope to return next summer!

Great stay!

We booked this VRBO for guests who came to Kauai for our wedding, and they absolutely loved their stay. The VRBO was located centrally to everything in the Koloa/Poipu area and was well-stocked with everything they needed. Juliana and Jim were very helpful hosts as well. Highly recommend!

The house was a good fit for our family of eight. Kitchen supplied with all the necessary utensils. The house had access to Kauai Athletic Club which was conveniently located, which allowed for fitness workout and pool.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time in Poipu. Jim and Juliana were wonderful hosts and the house was as advertised. We were very comfortable during our stay and had everything we needed. We walked to the beach every morning and there are lots of amenities close by if needed. Would definitely stay again!

Family Fun

The house had everything we expected and more. Everyone had the space they needed and we enjoyed great meals in the large dining area. We felt very taken care of by the owners both before and during our stay.

Great stay, good location, & clean

The owners were great! Such aloha from owners. The poipu athletic club was a great hit with the family. Went to check out the honu (sea turtles) at the beach at night. There’s were 45 there.

Very nice property, lots of room, near poipu beach. I thought cleaning fee wq high. Managers were great

Aloha and thank you for your visit and review of our home. You mentioned that you felt the cleaning fee was high. Our fee covers the cost we pay a professional company to clean this 4 bedroom 3 bath home which includes cleaning the deck & patio, BBQ facility & laundry/beach gear area. The fee also includes our mandatory Hawaii taxes which are almost 15%. Since you had more than our basic 8 guests the cleaning fee was a bit more (increased laundry & use). We appreciate your feedback and we always strive to provide a well-maintained & clean environment. Mahalo, Juliana & Jim
