Kitchen is equipped with the all culinary tools necessary. Every Bedroom has sliding doors that lead outside to patios and/or decks allowing for easy indoor and outdoor access. Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful home! Plenty of space to gather with family. Nice pool and grounds, easy walk to beach. I will definitely book again. Owner had good suggestions for things to do in the area.

Birthday Party

This is a beautiful home with everything we could ask for. The host was very responsive when we had questions. It is a nice walk to the beach. The swimming pool and spa were wonderful. Truly we cannot say enough. It was worth it especially for a large group

Incredible Stay on Kauai

This home is even better than pictured. It’s incredibly spacious and the layout was perfect for our group with a primary bedroom on each floor. The pool and spa were used often! The kitchen was stocked with essentials. It was truly like staying in the home of someone we knew personally.Andy has set a new bar for me with VRBO hosts. Checkin and communication before arrival was easy and timely, and he made sure we were ok during the trip too. He was super accommodating.I hope my family can make it back to this home and island someday. It was an unforgettable trip.

Fabulous House and Location

We absolutely loved this house - my kids said it is their favorite of all the places that we have stayed!! Pros: Lots of room with spacious bedrooms and a bathroom for each (plenty of room for the 10 of us). Deck with great views of the ocean. And the pool (!!!) - beautiful setting and warm enough to swim even in January. The location of the house is ideal. It was a 5-10 min. walk to our favorite of all the beaches where we could ride the waves next to the sea turtles. We had a golf cart which was great for the little ones but the walk is easy. We did not want to go home and would love to return!!! Thank you!

Poipu Paradise

Absolutely loved the property! Host Andy made sure our extended family (6 adults and 5 kids under 6) had the best Christmas ever. We absolutely loved the house, the pool, hot tub, beach equipment and everything else. No detail was overlooked from a Christmas tree to a stocked kitchen. We would highly recommend this property if you want a stress free vacation with a large group. Easy walk to beach and close to everything in Poipu. Being able to use the Poipu Beach Club was an added bonus. 5 stars all the way around!

Heaven on Kauai

The house was beautiful and amazingly well equipped. We could have traveled with just our bathing suits and we'd not have needed anything. The location perfect. Neighborhood is quiet and private. Property owner helpful and great to work with. We travel to the islands annually and it was the best of experiences. Aloha!!

Beautiful home!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is beautiful and had every amenity we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub area and spent lots of time relaxing out there. Andy is a great host and was very responsive to the couple questions we had. This place exceeded our expectations and we'd love to come back the next time we're in Kauai.

Best VRBO We Have Stayed In

This property is outstanding in every aspect. Clean. Ideal Location. Great home layout with good bedrooms with very comfortable beds with premium linend, 6 bathrooms.Very Very Well Furnished and Equipped (from the abundant spices and equipment in the kitchen, to a private pool and spa with ample towels, comfortable gathering spots with great seating, BBQ, Beach Supplies: boogie boards, surf boards, towels, beach chairs + a foldable wagon to haul all the stuff, etc etc). Laundry upstairs and down + laundry soaps. Ample paper products. And really the best host anyone would wish for. Perfect in EVERY way! All that resulitng in a great value. We will definately return. Near super beaches, hiking, good restaurants, yet quiet and peacefull. We easily found everything we needed for our family of 10 to relax, prepare meals, explore Kauai.... and were sad to have to go back to work at the end of this teriffic vacation.

50th wedding anniversary

Our family had a fabulous stay at Andy‘s place. We had three generations of our family visiting from mainland US and Germany and everyone enjoyed the entire property. We had plenty of bedrooms, and the AC units were a great addition. The pool and hot tub were also favorite features that we all enjoyed after our long days exploring the island. The Weber BBQ was in use almost every day and extra propane tanks were readily available. We will certainly plan to come back! Thanks for making this big anniversary a very special one! Mahalo!

Fantastic House

This property was just perfect for our group of 9. It was spacious and so well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want and was a joy to cook in. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Location was great. We were able to walk to several good restaurants. The highlight was seeing turtles and a seal at Brenneckes beach just blocks from the house. Andy, the owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We can’t think of anything else he could do to make our stay any better!

Beautiful island home, great host and wonderful location

We had a group of six adults and all of us really enjoyed this home. The house and grounds are beautiful and exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa each evening after a long day of activities. The location was wonderful - we walked to Poipu beach almost every morning and it was also an easy walk to the Hyatt (Shipwreck Beach) and we could easily drive to different parts of the island for excursions and shopping. Andy was also one of the most attentive, responsive and accomodating hosts we have ever encountered. Best of all, this house has been furnished with everything you could ever hope to need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Beach towels, coolers,umbrellas and chairs for the beach, plus so many extras in the house itself. The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked and the spacious upstairs family room was a perfect place for gatherings or meals. Beds were comfortable and the tasteful island decor throughout really made this the perfect vacation home.

Tropical oasis

This was our 3rd year in a row coming to Kauai with my family and we have found our forever vacation spot in Andy’s home. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is fully stocked with anything you need and more. Crib/pack and plays for the littles, stroller, high chair, beach wagon, beach toys, I could go on and on. Andy was so great on quickly answering any questions we may have had during our trip. All the furniture is very nice and the place is unbelievable. We loved watching the sunsets off the deck at night and the quick .5 mile walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful!

We loved the house and grounds. The pool was a delightful gathering place for our family. We loved the kitchen which was fully stocked. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location was ideal for beach going, shopping and restaurants. Andy was responsive to all questions. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect Spot for Families

This house was above and beyond in so many ways. Location is fantastic - nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Poipu and Shipwreck Beaches, near great restaurants, and with lovely ocean and landscape views. The kids were obsessed with the pool, the hot tub was amazing under the stars. More than anything, this house was stocked with everything you could need. It made for such a relaxing, luxurious stay, because we didn’t need to spend so much time collecting the essentials. Andy was generous and kind with communication. We’re already talking about a trip back!

Trip of a lifetime

We could not have booked a more perfect place for our family vacation. The house, the pool, the garden, all were beautiful. There were so many amenities we were constantly amazed at the level of detail and thought that went into this home. It is fully equipped with everything a family would need for a beach holiday. Our communication with Andy was fantastic, he was very responsive especially when our flights were delayed and we had to alter our stay. Hard to leave!

Beautiful, casual elegant home that all ages can enjoy! We loved Poipu , Kauai, with this great location and fabulous ocean view! We all loved the pool and beautiful yard which felt like home after day of activities. Every need from binoculars to infant and toddler gear and beach wagon, chairs, sand toys were available. Trip of a Lifetime

Our trip had 3 generations. Our parents are in their late 70’s and 80’s plus we had young children. My brother-in-law said it was the trip of his lifetime. We could not have asked for more attentive hosts. They went out of their way to make our trip exceptional. Every single person on our trip could not stop raving about this VRBO home. Our children played non-stop in the pool and hot tub. The home is so inviting and friendly with beautiful ocean views from its neighborhood location. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen was spectacular along with each bedroom. We cannot sing our praises loud enough. We hope to return someday for more Kauai paradise. Most of us would load up our jeeps with the beach gear provided by our hosts and drive down to the beach, but the beach is in definite walking distance. Often those walking would beat those of us driving. We spent 9 days over Christmas 2023, and we could not have asked for a more magical experience. We saw so many sea turtles both snorkeling and sleeping right on Poipu beach too. This location and accommodation was perfect for the young and the old. We just returned, and all of us miss it already. There is a ping pong table and a lovely yard for kids to run around in. I will miss looking out at the ocean from the deck drinking my Kauai coffee. Kauai coffee along with choice of a regular drip pot, press pot or pour over are provided. Every detail you could need has been thought out. Loved the beach club too! Mahalo

There are 3 important checklists for a vacation rental. 1) location 2) living space 3) amenities This beautiful property has the best location. A block from the beach with privacy! Separate suites for individual space Amenities are countless. Hot tub, pool, all beach gear, specialized soap and hair products. Fully stocked kitchen, spices, top quality appliances. Best feature, Andy our host who provided detailed advice and communication. Impeccably maintained home. We couldn’t have had a more perfect home with family celebrating birthdays and making memories! Outstanding Home

I don't think I have enough space to tell you about our stay. From the the very first step of reserving the home to check out, our host Andy and Sarah, were very attentive to our needs. House is beautiful, the pictures are exactly as the home is in real life! Wonderfully stocked with everything you can imagine. Location is super easy to all the fun activities. Needless to say it was hard to leave. There were 10 of us and plenty of space for everyone. Thanks so much for sharing this little slice of paradise.

The house was in the perfect location within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Beautiful home with more amenities than I’ve ever seen in any other vacation rental. The homeowners are salt of the earth and super communicative. 5/5 easy!

Amazing host, house, and location

This place checks all the boxes. Andy is an amazing host and the house is perfect for 8 people (2 kids and 6 adults) and it has almost anything you can think of. We had a wonderful time and decided to stay close to the house the last night and the girls got to see some monk seals on the beach— our group has nothing but great memories and some great tans. We will be back!!!

Our Family has been in Real Estate for over 20 years. We built our first home on Kauai in 2000, and then we acquired this property and has been a huge part of our family history by being able to accommodate family and friends over the years.

We finished building this home early 2007. We chose this land to build because we were looking to build a home that can accommodate large families (such as ours), multiple families, or groups looking for all of the amenities as a resort but with the privacy of a home.

There is plenty of room to have quiet time in many spaces indoors or outdoors, but also the ability to come together for hanging together, swimming/sitting in the jacuzzi, or finding an area on the lanai to get into a good book.

Watching the sunsets while having dinner from the upper lanai is one of our families/guests favorite things to do.

The pool area is daily routine for everyone to enjoy the wonderful weather on the South Shore.

We were previously were with a management company and have decided to manage ourselves to have competitive pricing and to make sure our guests are given the best experience that is possible.
