Ho'ohu Nani has Four Bedrooms (2 Master Suites), Den with Fold-Out Couch, Four Full Bathrooms, and Two Half Baths. Ocean Views from Upstairs Living Area and Covered Lanai. The Kitchen includes top-of-the line appliances with a new Wolf Range, beautiful granite counter tops + bar counter, and Large Dinning Table. Kitchen is equipped with the all culinary tools necessary. Every Bedroom has sliding doors that lead outside to patios and/or decks allowing for easy indoor and outdoor access. The property has a huge 40ft Lagoon Style Solar heated pool with jacuzzi surrounded by lounges and tropical landscaping. Enjoy Ocean and Sunset Views. Membership to Poipu Beach Athletic Club included.

While our stay was marred by Hurricane Lowell, the support from our Hosts was exemplary. Daily personal communication attending to all our needs. So even when things didn't go according to plan, our Hosts had it covered 100%

This property is magical! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The pool and hot tub provided a nice contrast to the nearby beach. Water toys, snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and umbrellas were available to use for the pool and beach. The host was attentive and left thoughtful welcoming touches in home like fresh cut flowers and traditional Hawaiian snacks. It was a perfect setting for a family reunion and one we will definitely book again for future trips. Mahalo!

We had an amazing stay! The layout of the house is so thoughtful, and it is *so* well stocked. This is the best rental we’ve ever stayed at. We felt so taken care of - the house had everything we ever needed and more. Plenty of beach gear, plenty of towels for showering and the pool, a fully stocked kitchen - lots of spices, oils, and rice!, cloth napkins and tablecloths, 2 sets of washer/dryer, thoughtful flashlights, Bluetooth speaker, and importantly, en suite bathrooms and lanai for all rooms, To not have any cleanup/checkout instructions is also very appreciated and made it a stress-less experience. Andy was very responsive and attentive!

Our party of six friends were so impressed with the beauty of this property! Gourmet kitchen with supplies galore, beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms, expansive areas to retreat and relax, beautiful pool and hot tub, supplies for your every need, and an extra bonus of access to an amazing athletic club nearby. Our host, Andy, is so kind and thoughtful and so attentive to all our needs. A must stay if you are visiting Kauai!!!

Truly an exquisite home and location! Lots of bedrooms with different configurations to suit families of all kinds. The home is well stocked with incidentals for cooking. The pool and hot tub are lovely, we spent hours in them. The house and grounds are well cared for. It’s a 5 minute walk to the ocean and 10 minutes to Brennecke Beach. Quiet residential neighborhood. Fantastic ocean and sunset views from the 2nd floor. There’s lots of pool and beach gear you can use so don’t bother buying it for yourself. This is a location you’ll want to come back to again and again. Andy is a great host, very easy to communicate with, and responds promptly to questions.

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, thoughtfully put together, and in a great location. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and we will be booking again. It was very spacious too!

5 Stars does not do this property justice. This is the perfect property at the perfect location. We were 5 adults and 4 kids (under 10) for a week stay. I never once heard “I’m bored” for the entire week. Between the pool, the beach, and a media room full of games, the kids had a memorable trip. The house in real estate terms shows pride of ownership. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen had top of the line appliances and was stocked with every utensil that you could or would need. The bathrooms were stocked with Maile soaps and lotions. It was like staying at a 5 star resort without having annoying neighbors.My wife has already told me she wants to book this house on our next trip to Kauai and I totally agree with her.Places like this are where memories are made.

Look no further! I have stayed in several rentals and this one by a LONG SHOT is the best rental ever! The house was SPOTLESS, so well stocked that honestly there was nothing else needed that they didn’t supply! The communication by the hosts was off the charts amazing! Andy is one of a kind and so helpful! I would give a 100% recommendation for anyone to stay here. We will DEFINITELY be back! Please don’t search for another rental. Just stay at this one! You will not be disappointed!

This home was exceptional and had more than everything we needed! We thoroughly loved being able to walk to the beaches and there were boogie boards, sand chairs, wagon and anything and everything we wanted!Our times in the pool and playing yard games was over the moon!This home was perfect for us with plenty of room for everyone!Andy, our host, was delightful, thoughtful and readily available to us!We cannot wait to stay at this perfect home again!

This house is amazing! It is spacious, beautiful, and well-appointed! The views are wonderful! We were able to whale-watch from the house! It is an easy walk down to the beach. The pool was so nice and private. We will definitely stay again if we get back to Kauai!

This was the absolute best Kauai VRBO experience! Andy is such an accommodating host and provided great information to have the best possible vacation. The home is spacious and provided plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. It is a quick walk away from two beaches and there was plenty of beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, bodyboards, etc.) The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. We will be recommending Andy's home to anyone looking to stay on this side of the island.

Andy was an amazing host from beginning to end. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Endless amenities throughout. The house was well designed, open yet private. We were able to see the sunrise and set and whale watch. The proximity to the beach was a short walk and a must to see the turtles and monk seals. Our stay was magical!

We had a group of 9 (4 kids) and we had the best time! The house was perfect for our mixed group and the kids did not want to ever leave the pool! The house was nicely stocked with some essentials and necessities, especially the kitchen. I would say it was one of the best stocked properties I have ever stayed at. Andy was also very communicative and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The kids review - "AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!"

Our stay at Ho’ohu Nani was nothing short of extraordinary. Bringing three generations of our family together under one roof made for a truly unforgettable holiday.The location is ideal—just a short walk to three stunning beaches—and the home itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. Every detail seemed carefully considered, with amenities that made the experience equally enjoyable for grandparents, parents, and grandchildren alike.We spent our days enjoying the pool, unwinding in the hot tub, and sharing plenty of laughs over croquet and table tennis. It was the perfect setting for both relaxation and family fun.Andy was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Everything stood out!Without a doubt it tops all vacation rentals we’ve ever had! The facilities were superb.Never had a host care more about wanting to make sure their client had a great vacation!!Our flight from Seattle was delayed by 4 hours and did not get to our unit till about 1:00 AM.Before our flight left Andy went the extra mile to ensure we’d have all the information and necessities we’d need to start our vacation the next day! 10 out of 10 in all areas!Thank you Andy & Christine!!

The house was clean and spacious. The layout provided privacy as well as large open areas for family gathering. The kitchen was equipped with premium cookware and a variety of spices and oils. Andy responded to questions promptly and was a more than gracious host!

We loved everything about this property. Plenty of room with a great layout for families. It was well maintained and had everything we ever needed. The location was great for sunrise and sunset hikes, access to the beach and everything in between. Andy was responsive and super helpful - best place we’ve stayed in Kauai. We will be back!

Property is in excellent conditions and comes with so many extras that are too numerous to mention. The host was easily accessible and simply a great guy. The location is perfect for Poipu vacationers. We had great privacy on the property but were close to everything. Great house, great location and a great host.

Our Family has been in Real Estate for over 20 years. We built our first home on Kauai in 2000, and then we acquired this property and has been a huge part of our family history by being able to accommodate family and friends over the years.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We finished building this home early 2007. We chose this land to build because we were looking to build a home that can accommodate large families (such as ours), multiple families, or groups looking for all of the amenities as a resort but with the privacy of a home.

There is plenty of room to have quiet time in many spaces indoors or outdoors, but also the ability to come together for hanging together, swimming/sitting in the jacuzzi, or finding an area on the lanai to get into a good book.

Watching the sunsets while having dinner from the upper lanai is one of our families/guests favorite things to do.

The pool area is daily routine for everyone to enjoy the wonderful weather on the South Shore.

We were previously were with a management company and have decided to manage ourselves to have competitive pricing and to make sure our guests are given the best experience that is possible.
