Absolute best authentic apartment

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a centuries old building. Very homey, comfortable and clean with everything you need for a great stay. I would highly, highly recommend for travelers looking to stay on a quiet street with easy access to all that Florence offers. About a block from Santo Spirito with lovely restaurants, bakeries and gelato. The host is amazing! I hope to return!

The perfect apartment for a romantic stay in the most beautiful city.

A quite side-street apartment a few minutes from Santo Spirito's lively piazza. It being at street level was a huge bonus for us. The place was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I am happy to highly recommend it - we hope to return soon.

Experience life in Florence

This property is wonderful and there was everything you could want!! The hosts were kind and accommodating. We found the location to be excellent for us. We got to experience Florence away (a bit away) from the City Centre, but walked there within 10 mins.

Beautiful Apartment- Florence

This apartment is in a prime location to everything. Situated 100m from the Pallazo Pitta and Boboli Gardens, a must to go see. The apartment is beautifully done with a small private courtyard. It’s extremely cool inside all of the time even though it was 36 degrees outside. It is also situated next to a love square with bars and restaurants and they have local markets there everyday. Close by is the world famous Ponte Vecchio bridge and everything you need within 20mins walking. Ludovica who owns the property is lovely and when you arrive she does a FaceTime call to introduce herself and tell you about the area. You can speak to her any time of your stay if you need anything. This is a gem of a place in the best location and it is really quiet. Would hugely recommend to anyone for their first time in Florence. For great Italian food and amazing service and not expensive check out La Madian. 2 courses with wine was around 55 and the food was amazing. Went back 3 times!

Honeymoon visit to Florence

This was a beautifully well appointed apartment in Florence. The listing was 100% accurate, the place was well maintained and the landlord was exceptionally thoughtful and provided support throughout the stay when we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this area of Florence to friends and family as a superior location to stay. Thank you for letting us visit!

A True Oltrarno Experience

This apartment is a perfect way to experience the real Oltrarno. Charming, comfortable, and so home-like. Just around the corner from the bustling Palazzo Santo Spirito, with its daily market and restaurants, and down the street from the awe inspiring Pitti Palace. I flowed right in to the daily rhythm of life here. Close to the historic center and all its treasures, but this is a real working neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone, safety is always a concern, and I couldn’t have felt safer. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hosts, Ludovica and Sandro. They were such wonderful hosts; kind, attentive, and made my stay in Florence truly amazing!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Florenz

Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um diese tolle, historische Stadt kennenzulernen und zu entdecken. Unsere Anfahrt war etwas schwierig, da wir auf der Suche nach einem Parkplatz waren. Über Tipps zum Parken hätten wir uns im Vorfeld gefreut, wir haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt.Der Check-In hat super geklappt, alle Informationen wurden uns am Tag vorher geschickt und waren korrekt. Die Kommunikation über die App, aber auch am Telefon war super freundlich und herzlich.Die Wohnung war trotz der Hitze schön kühl. Sie ist angenehm eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Den süßen Innenhof haben wir kaum genutzt, aber er ist perfekt, wenn man ein paar ruhige Stunden in der sonst vollen Stadt verbringen möchte. Außerdem ist die Lage gigantisch, da man in kurzer Zeit zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall sehr genossen

Etwas enttäuschend

Leider in keinem Raum genügend Tageslicht, um ohne Lampen auszukommen. Feuchtes Gemäuer. Wäsche trocknen war nicht möglich - alles hat gemieft und so musste ich daheim alles nochmal waschen. Die WM war zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts so verschmutzt, dass sie gestunken hat. Auf Anfrage wurde das Problem nach knapp einer Woche behoben. Die Vermieter waren sehr, sehr nett. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sicher geeignet, aber nicht für z.B. 2 Wochen, die wir dort verbracht haben.

Lovely place

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need and was bigger than expected. We loved the neighborhood with all these great trattorias and osterias where the food is excellent! Also breakfast in typical Italian cafeterias was around the corner and very tasteful. Ludovica is a great host, she answered very quick and helped us with any question we had. Also the information they provide about Florence in the apartment is very helpful. So overall, we enjoyed the apartment and would love to come back some time!
