All standard rooms have a private balcony and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. The beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in, if you (jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). 1 Mile south of Topsail Beach Town.

"The Sea vista Motel" is DOG Friendly and one of the few remaining places on the East Coast where you can bring your best friend along with you.
