Everything you need across the street from the beach. Ground floor, Oceanside, no staircase. It is only five blocks away from the bridge. Perfectly balanced in the middle of the island from North end to South end.
Linens are supplied for the beds, towels are supplied. Beach towels are supplied, plenty of toys for the kids, boogie boards, surf boards, and more.  Bathroom amenities, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, hand sanitizer, to get started and more. Kitchen, ice maker, coffee, filters, creamer, to get started, griddle, slow cooker, and more. Outside, 5ftx10ftx18 inch pool, beach wagon, gas and charcoal grill, charcoal and liter fluid supplied, and more.  If there's anything special you're thinking about bringing down we may have it here, just let me know what it is and we may accommodate. Absolutely fabulous place... extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, tons of room, and best of all, about 100 feet to the beach access. Owner was on top of everything, extremely responsive and accommodating. Loved it and can't wait to come back next year!

Very Convenient, Clean, and Cozy!

We had a wonderful 6-day stay. We loved the short walk to the beach. The place is cozy and clean, and nearly everything is supplied for you. The owner is on point with anything you need. Great place to stay!

Enjoyable Stay

Rental was clean and roomy. Located within walking distance to restaurants and events in Surf City. This was our second time renting this summer and have not been disappointed with our decision.

Great Location, Very Accommodating!

This stay was wonderful as Jim was very accommodating. It is also located right across the street from the beach! This place was well prepared and had everything we could have possibly needed. We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area in the future!

Perfect place and location, lovely hosts

A hidden gem—better than the photos and in an ideal location. We loved staying here and were very comfortable and happy with the accommodations. The hosts have given this place a lovely personal touch, and everything we needed during our stay was provided. Highly recommended!

It was perfect for our family. It felt like home. Everything was about 10 minutes or less away. The beach was across the street. Booking for next year.

Very centrally located. We do our best to accommodate for different vacation styles. The beach is SO close you can have your coffee in the morning while relaxing.

Awesome visit

We came to visit with our daughter whom lives in the area. We brought our youngest daughter and two friends who have never been to the area. It was the perfect space we needed with a very short walk to the beach and nice to walk to surf city and activities. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, it was very good with all they provided. A little aged, but clean with everything you'd need. 1 min walk to the beach

The building was built in 1954. There has been many renovations throughout the years to keep it up to date. It has some notty pine wood that looks nice.

Quick Trip

Property was perfect for 3 travelers. Communication and hospitality from the host made this a quick and easy stay. We even had a smores kit for a little treat. We stayed here so we could cook our own meals and it had everything we needed to grill and make a nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic and Jim couldn’t be a better host. He was very accommodating with our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Find

Great access to beach, very clean, plenty of room for myself, wife, daughter, son-in-law, two grandkids. Located close to center of island. Will definitely rent again.

Relaxing 50th birthday

I booked this property for my husband’s 50th birthday as he finally wanted to take a vacation. The property was excellent and had everything we needed and was very close to the beach and two access points.

Weekend getaway

This property was exactly as described. The owners have thought of everything. We stayed for a short weekend to visit our son. The location was absolutely great. Just steps away from public beach access.

2 Minutes From Beach + Fully Stocked

My friends and I had a fabulous stay at Jim & Edna's home! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we enjoyed having access to beach essentials like chairs & a wagon. There's also an inflatable pool in the front yard that we enjoyed relaxing in when not at the beach (public access is just across the street). I'll definitely be staying here next time I visit!
