Great Place to Stay

Our stay was very nice. Everything in the description of the house was right on. It was very comfy and plenty of room to relax! It was very clean and Jorge was very informative about our stay as soon as we got there till the time we left! We definitely will be back!!!

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Close to the locations in and around the strip. Beautiful well kept home. Plenty of amenities if you were to forget anything. Thank you to the property owners. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fit our needs perfectly!

We needed a place for my siblings and I to stay for our sisters wedding and this was the perfect place! Perfect amount of space with a nice kitchen and backyard to hang out and relax. We felt right at home!

Great house, as described and the host was very professional and prompt with responses to questions. House is more than adequately furnished and plenty of dishes to cook and enjoy meals. Quiet neighborhood, great for our family visit! Thanks for being a bright spot in our trip!

Quiet, safe, roomy friends get away

DO NOT STAY HERE - BUYER BEWARE

The good "hosts" are far and few between anymore and most are like this guy. Where the bottom line is to extort you out of as much of your money as possible. I booked the whole property for my stay. During the messages exchanges the "host" couldn't understand that it was only going to be me and maybe one other. To which it was replied, well that is another $75 more per person, per day. The host is nothing short of a con artist. Rent the whole property, then change the listing to let you know that if you want to use the whole house, well that is going to be more money. Staying by yourself, well you only get 1 room. Want the whole property, well that will be more money. Paid the cleaning fee, well don't matter, that's more money. Want the other rooms in addition to the whole house, well its $35 more dollars per room, per day. I really wish I could post the screen shots from the conversation, but all I can do is URGE anyone that reads this to look else where. This "host" wasted my time, took $XXXX+ dollars, refused to let me stay and wont talk to VRBO to resolve the issue. I had to make a last minute booking else where. Again DO NOT STAY OR BOOK ANY PROPERTIES with this "host".

Chris, this is widely absurd! You reported 1 guest for your stay and then begin to have over 6 guest attending. You last minute canceled because you couldn't afford the extra guest fee, then you wouldn't accept our cancelation policy and committed credit card fraud to state that you didn't reserve our home or wanted to stay there. Our home listing is very transparent and even VRBO had a tough time with Chris and his anger/disrespect. While we are very transparent, and have many positive reviews, I can assure any guest staying here or considering our home based on this review, that this is an isolated incident with a guest who is not aware of their bookings. We never charge per room or part of the house. We only have an extra guest fee in order to accommodate all guest sizes and make it the most affordable for both large and small party of guests. Beware of Chris, not a good communicator nor very transparent with is bookings.

Comfortable Stay, Accommodating Host!

We stayed here the weekend of EDC. The host was super accommodating and responsive. We had requested early check-in and late check out and they were able to accommodate both. We paid the fees through the Vrbo app, and it wasn't too expensive which was nice. It saved me so much hassle and relieved me of so much stress that we were able to do that. The home was very comfortable. The description and pictures were accurate. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding and extra pillows. There are four couches total so two of our friends were able to crash on two of the couches one of the nights we were there. There was plenty of space for us and the backyard was nice to have as well. I liked that we were able to park 3 cars on the driveway, and there was plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had no trouble getting rest when we needed it. The kitchen and pantry was pretty stocked with a lot of things you might need/use. The fridge is super spacious. There are extra trash bags and dishwasher pods. Overall, we had no issues. However, some things that could use improvement... We would have loved the ability to change the air conditioning because it was freezing the entire time that we were there. We wish that the host would have provided the big size shampoo, conditioner, and body washes just because no one likes to use mini bar soaps. We did use the oven and noticed that there were not any oven mitts.

Ernesto was a very good host. Had a very nice and clean home from everything to inside the fridge all the way to rooms and bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood, clean and quiet as well. Gave me quick responses and even let me check in earlier than expected time even with a guest renting the night before it was still in spectacular condition when I arrived. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay at this home. And will stay here anytime I am back in Las Vegas.
