Great value!!

Cute place next to the beach. My granddaughters had a blast at the pool. Many good restaurants and attractions near by. We would definitely stay there again.

Thank you, we are strive to make our guests happy as much as we could. To improve air quality of our suite we installed air purifier. It will bring fresh air into the suite.

Loved our stay!

Communication with the property owner was outstanding. This place has private beach access so you don't have to deal with crowds! We loved every second!

We had a lovely time on our vacation, the pool was nice and warm and the beach was so close! The location was perfect everything we needed to visit or go to was 15 mins away normally or even closer! We would love to come back!

We loved these condos!

I highly recommend this place to stay! It’s reasonably priced, clean, nice, and close to all the good places, including the beach! The views, and pools were awesome as well! 100/10 recommended from us! We are a family of 5 two adults, and three young kids!

Would love to stay again!

Great, afforable place to stay! Quiet area, everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo met our family's needs and also had a nice view of the bay fromthe balcony...perfect for morning coffee time. Great sidewalk along the bay for walking and could walk to the Lexington and a few shops. Check-in/out procedures were super easy and owner was easy to reach.

Wonderful experience

My wife, daughter, and I had an excellent time on our stay. The location was perfect with easy beach access. The property was clean and had all the ammenities we needed. We will certainly be staying again in the future.Thanks Frank for the experience!

Great Location!

Right off the beach. Kids loved it. Place was clean. Great for the price. Could have used a little updating, but otherwise decent.

Great place to stay and an awesome view

Loved the stay but being on the 3rd floor and no elevator working was not ideal. Otherwise, it was awesome!

I know the elevator is a headache. Every hot season got this. I will suggest the HOA to get a new one.

Small, nice condo

My small family enjoyed our visit. The condo was fit for our purposes. It had the bare minimum of items in the kitchen. Need to bring your own dish towels, paper towels, etc. Very close to the beach with a beautiful view!

Thank you, enjoy your stay and come again. The restaurant in the BBQ area is under contract. Soon you will have good food in the yard. New Sfa ned and Stove has been updated.

Staff was very helpful, the apartment was old, frying pan old nasty, dust on top coffee maker, balcony door was very hard to open up.

Not what it seems

This area is dilapidated and the stay itself is in a building that’s boarded up in places and falling apart. Go to Padre island instead if you want to be in Corpus Christi

Any place along the coast is humid and wet because mother nature. If there is nothing make you happy on the beach. It would be better to stay out of the coast line.

North Beach

Building could use some work. Especially the air condition. The bed was a little soft for my taste but besides that everything was accurate. No troubles.
