The place was clean, very clean. It was supplied with all our needs. I would recommend it but I’d have to say it dumpy looking. Not at all how it was presented. The place is falling apart. For the price I’ll be staying at double tree.

The room was very clean and had a variety of dishes and utensils to use. I did buy two pans to cook with. The ones there are stainless steel. Host replies super quick. There is still quite a bit of remodeling being done on the property but it did not bother us. Beautiful view of the beach and the bridge from our balcony! There are two pools but we had a busy weekend and didn't get to use them. We would definitely rent again!

Easy access to the beach. Balcony has a beach view. Condos are under construction, but it was not noisy. Parking fee is 20. I would stay here again.

Just the getaway we needed.

The location is great and once they finish renovations around the property i can see it being a great place to stay. Our stay had no issues the condo was as described and comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. All in all it was a nice vacation and very affordable lodging.

The hostess was awesome with responses and customer service, but I did feel a bit catfished when I showed up. Lots of construction through the building that seems to have been stagnant for awhile with a shotty contractor. Definitely an older facility in which should have been brought up or noted in the listing. Strong smells of weed through the area, but then again it was spring break. With updating, this property would be awesome. The view from the balcony was beautiful but we didn’t stick around long enough to see the sunset… got a room down the road for half the money.
Should have took more but hopefully construction will be done at some point. Building has potential

Beach Perfect

Right on the beach and access to pools. The condo was perfect for a small group. We had a great time here! The property was under construction but the condo was great!

Great location

We had a one night stay and the location was perfect. We had beach access and easy access to all of the entertainment we wanted to do. We visited the aquarium, the USS LEXINGTON and caught a Corpus Christi Hooks baseball game. Perfect location for all.

Great short stay

Amber you done a great job!!! We booked this on a whim and it was absolutely perfect! Yes there is construction on the property but it was perfectly understandable and didn’t bother us at all! It was close to everything and will be booking again Thank you!
