Welcome to Wheeler Cabin! Tucked in a small, conveniently located neighborhood, it is the perfect retreat for a couple or a small family seeking a dog-friendly stay.

DETAILS

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. We may also request a government-issued ID to complete the booking process.
SECURITY: For security, a camera is located at the exterior front entrance of the property. Tampering with the camera is not permitted.
AMENITIES: A starter supply of essentials (trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) is provided; you may need to purchase more for your stay. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are included.
DOG FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs welcome with an additional fee of $75 per dog (automatically applied if pup(s) added to reservation). Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and fully vaccinated. Please be aware that while our home is professionally cleaned, there may be some lingering dog hair or dander. If anyone in your group has dog allergies, this may not be a suitable cabin for you.
WILDLIFE: Bears are common in the area. They are wild animals and should never be approached. Please secure all food items indoors and always lock your car and cabin doors.
TRAVEL INS: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do not offer refunds for situations beyond our control unless the home itself is uninhabitable.

- 10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge Strip
- 20-minute drive to Downtown Gatlinburg
- 25-minute drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin. You'll enjoy a seamless and convenient self-check-in experience. We will send a message with detailed instructions and your unique door code three days before your arrival. Check-in is available any time after 4 PM.

We aim to provide our guests with privacy and a seamless stay. There is no on-site staff. However, we are available to assist you daily from 9 AM to 6 PM EST via the messaging platform. We do our best to respond to messages after hours for urgent matters.

HOUSE RULES

- We do not allow parties, drugs, or smoking on the property.
- Maximum of 4 people.
- Must be 21 to stay (children w/ guardians allowed)
- Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM
- No fires allowed (including candles)
- Maximum of 1 vehicle (RVs/ boats are not permitted) – please note there is no additional on street parking available
- While this cabin is NOT located on steep mountain roads, we do recommend AWD/4WD when visiting the area in the winter months

Cabin was nice. The Mountain View mostly hidden by trees. Hot tub temperature buttons a little bit difficult to use. Enjoyed the pool table. It had everything we needed. Enjoyable cabin for two.

This property was great for our Easter weekend getaway. A prime location, super close to the outlets, restaurants and attractions. Nice views without the scary driveway incline. You are pretty close to neighbors but hot tub is secluded. Wish there man room was a little darker and had blackout curtains to block out as much light as possible. The host was very responsive!

Beautiful place

Loved the Wheeler Cabin. Very clean and comfy. Couldn’t have found a more perfect place to get engaged. We are already planning our next trip back.

Great cabin. Great location. Great comfort.

This cabin is impeccably clean, which means a lot to us. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The location is in the heart of everything to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The owner is accessible and very responsive. We would definitely come here again.

Cozy with a great location

This property was exactly what we wanted. Clean, cozy, but close to town! My husband and I loved Wheeler cabin and was very pleased with all the space. The neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed walking our pups each morning. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax and drink our coffee. We will definitely stay here again!

Sevierville Cabin

Very nice cabin. Really enjoyed our stay very convenient to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. Only drawbacks were limited space to park, no local tv channels, and no closet in upstairs bedroom. Overall, I would recommend especially for couples with a pet.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Check in was easy. We enjoyed playing pool and sitting on the back porch drinking coffee. The listing was as described and shown online. Location was great! Close to everything but far enough away you don’t hear the traffic. It was a great weekend away for us.

Nice cabin

This was a cute cabin that was perfect for 2 people and 2 dogs. I did reach out and let the owner know about a couple small cleaning issues and didn’t get a response. Other than that, the stay was perfect for a getaway.

Very charming

Beth is so awesome to work with to make sure everything was up to par on our stay. Cabin is adorable and cozy we didn’t want to leave!!!!! We will rent again next year. Our little fur baby loved the fire place and would sit for hours in front of it. Our teenage son loves playing pool and just relaxing by the fire 🔥. Thanks Beth for everything!!! Memories we will cherish ♥️

Great choice for us in 2022

I looked at several properties before I booked. I was looking for a pet friendly property. The owner communicated with me promptly. I was actually pleasantly surprised that I could talk with (her) via the VRBO site and she responded very quickly. The property was as presented on the site. It was very clean, well equipped and only slightly rustic with all the modern conveniences. I loved the hot tub and the (3) outside areas. My husband and I tried our very rusty pool shooting skills with the Pool table. The property is only minutes from all the places we usually visited. Check in was so easy. We plan to stay here again in the future. The owner even wished a safe trip home ... Hotels just don't do that! Very pleased!!

Fun place to stay

Overall the cabin was a fun place to stay. It was clean, the online reservation and check in process was easy. The only downside we found is there is a landfill ~1 mile from the cabin which left an odor outside that kept us indoors in lieu of spending time outdoors to enjoy hikes and spending time in the hot tub. We took a 2 - 3 mile drive away from the cabin to enjoy fresh air.

The property is in a great location, close to PF strip, Winfield Dunn Pkwy shopping. However, there are a few items that made our stay mediocre. We arrived on Saturday, early evening. First impression: it looked abandoned. The grass wasn't cut, appears it had been uncut for at least 2 maybe 3 weeks. We couldn't enjoy the front yard with our small dog because the grass was so high. It wasn't until our 5th day (last day) that it was cut. The lawn service didn't bother to sweep the walkway or front porch which was covered with thick grass. There was (clearly visible) dog doo on the rug on the back deck where the hot tub was located, leaving us wondering if they drained the tub after each guest, as stated, because the dog mess would have been seen. Several evenings we were unable to watch TV because the dish service was out/frozen for many hours. So while the location was great, the property management needs more attention to the details to provide a better guest experience.
