This Villa truly allows you to customize your vacation experience in the Smokies

Villa Dreams is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located minutes away from everything in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg while being nestled in a quiet area just off of the Parkway. Enjoy vacation in tranquility but close to all attractions and shopping with private outdoor areas including an open patio and covered front porch where you can rock your worries away. Home features an open, updated living area to enjoy the comfort of family and friends. Plenty of comfortable seating for dining or relaxing. Large master suite has own private bathroom with a stunning shower for two. Second bathroom has direct access from the second room or hallway. Stay in and cook dinner as a family in the fully stocked kitchen or on patio grill or dine out at the many renowned local restaurants.

Great Accessibility and Location

My wheelchair bound mom appreciated this property so much. She could get into the house and had plenty of space within the house as well. The shower and bathroom was perfect for her because of the bench and dual shower heads.

Cozy Christmas Villa Escape

Perfect location off the Parkway for some peace and relaxation. Loved the reclining furniture and the tv already had a roku with streaming services. The huge shower in the master bath was a nice bonus. Would love to book again. We have visited the area several times and this was a favorite!

Great Little Condo

Our family stayed at this condo last weekend and truly enjoyed ourselves! The home was clean, decorated nicely, modern and in a great neighborhood. It's not right on the busy roads but close enough that you can get anywhere quickly. There were also plenty of toys that entertained my two children. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

The location was perfect for our event. The home was perfect for avoiding steps. The owner was very responsive to questions. We had everything we needed and it was one of the cleanest homes we have ever rented. Thank you!

This is the BEST place to stay! It was immaculate and so clean. The owners answered every question we asked and so helpful. This truly was the BEST vacation ever! We will definitely stay here next year

Wonderful location, cleanliness and quiet!

We enjoyed our stay there. Everything is close and convenient. Loved the double shower. Everything was clean and the king bed was comfy. We loved that we could take our dog. Booking the villa was a breeze and so easy with the Instructions that was sent. Thank you the Pilant Family

Nice and cozy

Loved this condo! Everything was right there you could need. Close to the strip and all the things to do. The cleanest place we’ve stayed at in the area. We were so happy with it we booked it again for next year

Great stay!

Very clean. Super comfortable beds. Amazing double shower head in master bathroom with great water pressure. Rental had everything we could need, including k-cups, spices, condiments, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Location was perfect, just down the road from Apple Barn. We did initially have a hiccup with the Nest thermostat schedule turning the temp up to 75F or higher periodically, but got ut fixed our first night there. Host always responded quickly. We had a great stay overall and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Relax

Relax everything you need to relax is here. The host have supplied a great place to rest and relax. Close to town yet in a the neighborhood is quite and friendly. Plan to stay again next year.

Vacation

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I have stayed at alot of places here and this was by far the nicest. They was very fast at responding as well. I would stay here again for sure. It was also perfect for my little dog. I loved the neighborhood as well as how clean it was.

House was very nice, very clean, quiet and comfy. We would stay there again if we’re in that area again. I like how it wasn’t in the middle of all the traffic and craziness of Smoky Mountains on Memorial Day Weekend!!
