This home has it all! Great spaces for family and gatherings. An oversized living room, separate playroom and oversized kitchen. This is the perfect place to entertain guests or have extended family!
3 bedroom 2.5 bath with an additional large outdoor hot/cold shower. Comfortably accommodates 9-10 people. The large eat-in kitchen and dining area seats 12 and includes additional comfortable sitting area. The over-sized living room upstairs has a massage chair and an electric fireplace that you can enjoy year-round. The lower floor has a den/playroom with a futon, gaming system, arcade console, mini fridge, and drybar. Upstairs there is a work desk with printer available for those who need to keep in touch with the office and do a bit of work. The wrap-around deck is great for relaxing, viewing the ocean, feeling the ocean breezes while listening to the waves.
The master bedroom offers deck access. Recline on the wrap around porch or have a meal on the outside dining table. The ocean-view deck includes a dining table, Adirondack chairs, rockers and lounge chairs. Each upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bath, ceiling fan and TV. Two driveways will accommodate up to six vehicles. If you bring a boat you have access to 3 PKS launch sites just blocks away. The private, quiet neighborhood beach access is conveniently located less than 2 blocks down the street.
The downstairs utility room has a washer/dryer. For those who just "have to work" out, there is an elliptical in the garage. Adult and children bicycles are available for use along with, cornhole and volleyball and net.
No need to fill your car with "beach stuff". The cooler, beach towels, chairs, beach canopy and beach toys (boogie boards, carts and wagons) are all in the garage.

My name is Marietta. My husband and I have been married for 38 years. We live in North Carolina and love the outdoors. We have 4 children and four grandchildren. Neal is a retired biochemist who currently works on classic cars. I am retired from the school system as a long-term substitute teacher and tutor. We love the Pine Knoll Shores area because of the quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach. If you are looking for great food or some night life, it is not far away. This is a great place to entertain family and friends with plenty of places to spread out and chat or play a game or two. I love to read and so there is a collection of books to choose from and having had 4 children, we have more than one gaming system. There are two main gathering rooms; one upstairs and one down. This enables the gaming crowd and the those who want to chat to have separate areas. There is also a pocket door between the large kitchen area and living room for privacy.

Our 3000 sq ft home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood next to the beach. It is much better than having tight space with other people on all sides, above and below. Take in a sunrise or sunset walk on the beach or enjoy the view, right from the porch, with a warm cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail at night. Relax, kick back and enjoy time with your loved ones. This home has something for everyone. Are you into sports and cycling? There are bicycles for your use and boogies boards for hitting the waves at the beach. Into gaming,? There is a Wii, Playstation and arcade games? These are available in the downstairs den. Want to pamper yourself, take a seat in the full body massage chair, it's in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for those into cooking and plenty of seating for those into eating. Several sitting areas for being with family and friends both inside and out.
