This is a great place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the house is clean, and the view is wonderful. We have never had a problem in the seven or eight years we have been coming.

Beautiful property! Owners had it so well stocked & taken care of. It is in a great location within walking distance to the circle & oceana pier. It had tons of beach chairs and toys for our kid, a grill for my husband and a FANTASTIC outdoor showerhead. Truly such a gem & I will be renting again

We love when guests get the full experience including the outdoor shower. I use it all the way until Christmas! Proximity to the pier is nice even if you don't fish since it is a great walk and the food is surprisingly delicious too. Please visit again soon.

Beautiful view. I'm writing this right now from the bedroom balcony while watching surfers and waves. Clean and well stocked home - literally had everything we needed and more. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great experience working with the host, communicating and catering to our needs. The stay was fantastic. Clean and spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room offering one of the best views in all of Atlantic Beach. We will definitely be booking another stay next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was amazing, right on the beach, gorgeous view from the decks, immediately near several restaurants, and the home had anything you would have needed. Cozy on the inside and perfect for our family trip. Would stay again!
