Beach Paradise is a beautiful vacation home located just steps from the beach. It features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, offering a perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside escape.

-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at IRB. The house was perfect for our family that ranged in age from 3 months to 70! Golf cart rental is a must, although the home is close to the beach it was a little too far to carry all of our beach supplies. The house is as pictured. Not too fancy that I had to be on edge but cozy enough we could relax and enjoy it. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Everything is close and could walk to multiple restaurants. Great location.

So. Much. Space.

I was really excited to rent a place big enough for a multi family get together. I was so impressed with how well the space worked for our group. The online descriptions can't describe how much extra space the house has. We put all the older kids upstairs. 2 sets of parents, a grandparent and younger kids all slept down stairs. The two living areas downstairs combined with the extra space upstairs really gave us the room to spread out when we wanted to but still have plenty of time together. We were able to squeeze everyone at the inside table for meals and card games The outside table was great for social time while people swam or tanned. The management was super easy to work with and I absolutely loved this property.

Location, location, location and Pool*

House was an easy 5 minute walk to the Indian Rocks Beach. The IRB beach was not crowded and the water was clear - just perfect for our kids ages 3-7. The house is showing its age a bit - but fit the bill for a group of 8, including 3 active little ones - who practically lived in the very nice pool. Finally, Alan was a very responsive host and accommodated a few additional requests. Thanks Alan.

Florida Family Vacation

Overall, our adult family enjoyed their time at this vacation home, especially the pool and outdoor space. The house, in general, was a little smaller than the pictures but still accommodated all 7 of us. The house can use a deep cleaning and some upgrading to improve its condition and star rating.

Great location and for a group

The pictures of the property were a very accurate representation of it. The kitchen had every thing we needed. Location was great. Alan was wonderful with communication and easy to work with. We had a great time. I like that there were several areas for groups of people to hang out and a large kitchen table so our large group could all eat together.

Saddened and surprised

1st red flag "please dont leave a bad review, contact us through this email" They knew. Here is my list..... take it or leave it. 1. Pool heater doesn't work properly 2. Pool was DISGUSTING and in need of major repair. 3. Mosquito breeding home disquised as qn unworking fountain. 4. Mold EVERYWHERE in house. On couches bathroom and kitchen areas 5. Very sharp tiles broken in bathroom. I cut my hand trying to get in the tub 6. The access to under the tube was taped with scotch tape and kept falling off. 7. The fixtures all throughout the house are old moldy and rusted. Needs to be replaced. Very unhealthy. 8. Check out is at 11, cleaning people showed up at 10 9. You can see the mold qnd water damage on the outside of the house as well. It needs lots of love I can go on but you get the idea. And what concerns me the most...... that they clearly didnt want me to leave a review here to let everyone know. That alone should be enough to warn you. I have many pictures to back up every one of these issues. And more.

Close to the beach!!!

Loved the two sitting areas- The pool was nice- the sitting area- we thought was a hot tub- the owner responded quickly to our questions and stated it was just a sitting area. The walk to the beach is close- about 5 mins. Several items in the garage that could be used on the beach. Very central location to several restaurants and local places to check out. Beds were comfortable. Easy entry to the home. Took a little time to figure out light switches but we figured them out. Overall a nice little home that accommodated 11 of us for the few nights we were there. Owner is very responsive and really nice! We had 3 cars- all fit on the driveway! Good vacation!

The pool and proximity to the beach makes up for the shortcomings of the house.

Let me start by saying I emailed and sent pictures of house to property manager. I, along with my family of fifteen spent a week at this property and the pool and proximity to the beach was the only thing positive of our stay. The rental house itself needs a lot of work which the property manager said would be carried out in the near future and needs cleaning inside and out. Until the issues are resolved I would not rent again or recommend it to others.

Nice house, good location

The house was about a 1/4 mile from the beach, east walk down the road and right to the beach access. There is a playground and entrance to the nature park very close which was nice. The house was nice and so was the pool. The flooring in the house is bubbling but they are putting in new floors at some point but that by no means ruined our stay! There is a pond by the pool that was broke so there was standing water but I’m sure once that’s fixed that’ll be a pretty addition to the outside. Alan was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend. 4.5 ⭐️

Memorial day vacation/ 50th birthday celebration

The property was perfect size for the 2 family group we brought, plenty of space. The pool was excellent size and perfect to relax in. The 3 bathrooms was definitely a great perk. Overall, 5 stars. The property manager Alan was very on point with everything to do with stay. We will definitely stay at this property again in the coming years.

Just pick a different house

I do not get how this house or Allen has any good reviews. This was my child's high school spring break. As a mother of a large family this was my 9th VRBO rental ive used over the past 17 years, and by far my WORST experience ever. that includes the bed bugs we had in grand canyon. Five months before trip Allen asked if I wanted a six man golf cart, I said yes. when there was a $661 charge to my card I figured this was for the golf cart. When we arrived Allen said I didn't want the cart. I showed him the text from 5 months ago, he just kept blaming me and said the $661 was an extra VRBO charge. He offered to bring a four seater in two days. when he arrived with the cart he said the boys cant drive it and he got really anger saying that it was in the contract i signed, but i never got or signed anything yet. He maintained I did, but after scrolling on his phone for a while looking for the allusive contract he said couldn't retrieve the email because he was using his phone, he left with the golf cart. He later returned with a $50 gift card to local ice cream shop, at $11 a cone and 12 guests, thanks. He was trying to apologize but he continued to be an aggressor and blame everyone else and me. I cant imagine how he ever does this job successfully! The house is run down & not well maintained. Back and front yard is very unkept, garbage in the bushes, neighbors hate that this house is a rental. kitchen floor is trashed, a kid cut his foot on the more than inch lift in the floor. oven doesn't cook accurate, not that there is NEARLY enough cooking supplies. No large pots or pans. two tiny cookie sheets, thank god i had my swiss, can opener didn't work. There was two tupperware only one with a lid. Trying to feed 11 teenage boys under these conditions made the point of having a house and not a hotel on the beach completely moot. no kitchen wash rags & ONE towel. Outdoor shower looks like something from a horror movie, it should be an embarrassment to even list this as an asset.! The mattresses are completely broke down, the sags can be seen before you have the unfortunate destiny of sleeping on them. In every other rental nonperishables like laundry soap, tin foil etc., that didn't get used, get left for the next renter. Someone clearly takes EVERYTHING. Yes I know, that none of that stuff is supplied. From my experience most of us like to pay it forward to fellow travelers , not supply Allen's personal residence. Skatepark way overrate

Alan was very attentive and responded quickly to all of our questions. Entry to the home was seamless. Home was just as it appeared in the pictures. Location was fantastic and a big plus. We would certainly rent this home again in the future. Thank you!

Great Stay

Close to the beach with the privacy of your own house and private pool. Grill, plenty of towels, and everything needed for a great stay! Extremely happy with this property and the communication.

Xmas/New Year stay

Property was as expected. Plenty of room for everyone. Very nice place. The pool was very nice but didn't circulate properly. The pool pump has bad bearings and was annoyingly loud for our stay. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Beach Trip with family and friends

e had a great time in Indian Rocks. First time at this specific location and we enjoyed the spot. The house less than a block from the 10the avenue beach entrance and within walking/biking distance to at least 3 parks which we enjoyed. The house is large enough for 3 couples plus children. There is a back living room with a pullout couch comfortable enough for a 14 year old boy who is 6ft 1inch. I suggested to the property manager that some retractable curtains be installed for added privacy in case it needed to be used as a sleeping area like we did. The upstairs is like it’s own separate hotel room and is quite large with 2 beds and a fold out futon. We could figure out how to lay the futon out into a bed but didn’t really need it anyway. The beds all seemed quite comfortable. The pool area was very nice and got a lot of use with all the kids we had with us. It is not a brand new house some parts have been updated some have not but everything worked. All the furniture seemed new, clean, and undamaged. The property manager checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory and that we got into the house without difficulty which was a first for us so that was nice. Great location not a very nice or well-maintained property

The toilet in the master bathroom was clogged from day one we were told to just try to plunge it that did not work day 2 still having troubles by day three it was overflowing into the tub and two out of the three bathrooms the the table in the dining room was in need of repair one of the benches was broken the outside little Fountain fish pond was nasty and not clean it all there was a car provided to carry Beach supplies but it was broken so I had to go to Ace Hardware to buy some bolts and a piece of Steel to fix it before I could use it there was a soft spot in the floor in front of the master bedroom there was a grill but you could only cook on low setting because the burners were not working correctly the spawn upstairs bathroom looked pretty disgusting we didn't even use it look old in need of repair I did not ask for a refund for any of the days that was stayed but I feel the property manager should have offered it the property manager however did communicate with me on my main problem with the toilet needing repaired and he sent out a plumber and then there was a mess on the bathroom floor and several hours later a cleaner finally did come to clean it up over all I would not rent this property again they definitely need to use some of their profits to fix it up

Terrible response with pool problem

I reached out on our arrival day to talk about the pool being dirty and very cloudy I did get some what of a response but on Sunday when the pool was even worst nobody responded. The pool cleaning company arrived and couldn’t believe how bad the pool looked and said that the filter wasnt working correctly and only running three hours a day with the temperature being almost 90 degrees. They had to add more water. My family didn’t use the pool until Wednesday when it actually cleared up. I have 4 small grandchildren all under the age of 5 so I didn’t want them getting I’ll from the stagnant of the pool water.

Lovely home & perfect location!

We had 11 people in our group and there was plenty of room! The bedroom set ups are a little funky (like for us, with 3 adult couples) had to draw straws who got the bunk bed! The kitchen was big enough, could have used a few more kitchen towels and a better frying pan (if you’re into cooking eggs for a group!). The pool was great, plenty of sun chairs, even pool cleaning crew was very friendly and efficient; we also used the grill several times. The only things we could have used was an outside dining table & beach towels- coming from up North - eating outside is a treat we look forward to & beach towels are too big to pack! Alan, property owner was very easy to communicate with as well. The location is perfect, half a block to the beach, half to the nature walk. Several restaurants in walking distance, coffee & ice cream too! I would stay here again!

Indiana Rock Beach rental home

Overall the property is getting old and could use some improvements. Lots of things could be replaced. We were very disappointed, especially for what it cost. We would not recommend staying here. The pictures shown on the website were not reflective of the poor condition of the place. You could tell that maintenance was being ignored.

Great location, great for large families.

First time using Vrbo and it worked out great. Very happy with the house but the layout is a bit strange. The pool and outside area was incredible. Futon upstairs has seen better days. Walking distance to the beach right at the end of the street, short walk. Location was awesome, right in the middle of IRB. Only issue was the pool heater not working, sent a message and never received a response. Had to follow up with another message that was then answered but the heater did not get fixed until Thursday, very disappointing. Overall, great house for large families!
