House was a great location, very clean, seen lots of wildlife, enjoyed the kayaks provided but the rack needs some repairs. Big remodel construction right next door so any windy day we had to pick up small debris. Only sleeps 8 comfortably , overall good stay with lots of beaches close to pick from.

Looks exactly like the pictures! Super close to anything you need. Water was excellent for fishing. We ended up buying poles. 100% would go back!

Everything was as described. House was very nice and comfortable. Everything you needed in the kitchen and rooms were well done. Needs some finishing touches on the back room but other than that, we would stay there again. Very close to everything needed/wanted.

Beautiful location !

This house was just as advertised- near beaches and shopping- beautifully situated on a waterway- gorgeous sunsets every evening and very comfortable. Host was very responsive to questions and the check in was very easy. Loved this place!!

Wonderful stay

The owner was beyond accommodating! The house was spectacular and loved all the appliances. We saw dolphins everyday and caught a lot of fish. GREAT STAY!! Also a great location

Relaxing Retreat

We stayed here with our adult children and had such a great time. It’s the kind of place that you can enjoy just being. No need to go elsewhere though there is so much to do nearby as well. Great kitchen, comfy beds and huge amount of welcoming common space. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Very clean, remodeled home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great dock and they provide plenty of activities for the family like fishing poles, kayaks, game room, pool table. Property manager was easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Trip To St Petersburg

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there was plenty to do for the kids and the adults. The view of the water from the dock was amazing. Making trips to the beach was very easy too, only a short drive away. Vivian was very responsive to any questions that we had. If we made another trip to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Family Get Together

We love the property! Everything in it is brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked. Communication with the manager/owner was immediate. The whole family loved the place and we loved watching the fish jump in the water as well as the dolphin sightings each day. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Home was just as listed. Our favorite part was the pool table and dock, plenty of seating. Was nice to have kayaks to check out the bay. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get to beach. We even walked a few times. Restaurant/restrooms at beach were nice. Chairs and umbrellas reasonable to rent. The house did have beach chairs as well.

Awesome spot

We specifically chose this property because it had a boat lift and dock area as we came with a boat to fish for the week. The location is perfect with a Publix right down the street and the bridge to beach access right past the publix. The house has a ton of room. Everything has been very recently upgraded. Two game rooms, all new appliances and bathrooms. Really nothing this property didnt have. We will definitely stay here again.

Recently remodeled. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable bed. Continue the makeover with chests of drawers in bedrooms 2&3. Add lighting over pool table or move table. Invest in a few pool cues. Instructions for TV would be helpful.
