A beautiful condo in a beautiful area on a beautiful beach ! Pics are accurate. Gated community easy to get in & out. Unit is simply perfect. The area is quiet. Owner was quick with responses. I spent most of the time sitting on the deck. My 2 sons (ages 19 & 25) golfed at several courses in the area. Will absolutely book this condo again in the future.

Our family had an amazing time, the condo is really close to the beach, it offers beautiful vews from the balcony which is huge with lots of seating areas, if you wake early you can see the most beautiful sunrise The kitchen is well equipped and the couches are super comfortable Neal, the host was very responsive and helpfull throughout the whole process.

Gorgeous property and area. Everything was just as posted on site. Communication was very good and well timed. Beach view was great and the community amenities amazing. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a beautiful view and great accommodations. We’ve stayed at numerous properties within this community since 2015 and this was the easiest and most seamless check in process and most responsive host we’ve had. Highly recommend.

Great Oceanview 2nd floor condo. Pool and beach are 2 minute walk. Don't shy away from renting this condo because of the other reviews about rocks in the water. I didn't even see the rocks until the 3rd day at low tide.

We stayed at this lovely condo with our two kids and dogs. Enjoyed the place which had a lot of space and all the necessary items for a beach vacation.

We had a wonderful week at this direct ocean front property. The host was outstanding and responsive to all our pre-vacation inquiries. I especially like the location and viewing the ocean directly from the unit - it is also on the second floor so no need to take the elevator. Kitchen was well-appointed with crockpot, toaster, coffeemaker, ect.... Lots of ice produced by refrigerator. We loved the master suite and one of our pet peeves - water pressure in the shower - was no concern here. This place was very spacious for our family of 6 - I highly recommend!

Big, beautiful condo with spectacular view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The patio alone would have made it great. Plenty of room for everyone and it was so relaxing.

We had the most amazing Spring Break at this condo. The condo itself is beautiful, beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kiddos. The covered patio is very large with great furniture. We enjoyed coffee in the morning, lunches and game nights on the patio each night.The pools were very clean and only a short walk away. The condo itself is a very short walk to the beach. Remember to bring beach chairs with you!The community is so quiet and peaceful and made for the perfect spring break for our family. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Great location is steps from the beach and short walk to the pool. Only complaint is there were no cooking basics (oil, seasoning, spices etc…) so all of these items had to be purchased for our week stay.

Palm Coast Beachfront Condo

Perfect for two or three couples due to the size of the spacious unit and the oversized outdoor deck that includes a large dining area. The gym is just a short walk from the unit and the beaches are never crowded. The weather was too chilly to fully enjoy the outside area but hopefully we will be able to be back soon.
