Park and Walk everywhere downtown!

THINGS TO KNOW: This condo is on the 2nd floor and offers three levels. There is a primary suite w/ king on the third floor, the additional bedrooms are on the second level, and the first level is the main living area. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Turnover day is Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. No pets and no smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
