Steps from Rehoboth Avenue, with Pool, 3.5 Blocks to the Ocean


You can park your car and walk or bike to all the amenities and attractions that downtown Rehoboth has to offer awaits. This townhome is 4 blocks from the beach, and less than one block to Rehoboth Avenue located in a quiet neighborhood directly behind the famous Dogfish Head Brew Pub. Enjoy restaurants, casual dining, nightlife, shopping or take a quiet stroll through the neighborhood, it's your choice. The area is a fun destination for a memorable vacation in season as well as a great weekend away in the off season.
This two story property features updated modern furnishings and dark hardwood flooring throughout. It offers a large second floor balcony for sunning that overlooks the saltwater pool, and a semi-private gardened patio for relaxing and grilling. Tastefully furnished in a clean, modern motif. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and newly renovated bathroom. There is also a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. Half bath downstairs. Building has had a complete exterior makeover in 2010.
We want to make sure you enjoy your stay. Please notice the only access to the upstairs is by the spiral staircase. If you or someone in your party has any physical limitations please take this into consideration before booking. Some dogs may not climb the stairs. I know we had to coax ours up with treats, one step at a time. We want everyone (including Fido) to be happy and comfortable.

You are welcome to bring your dog for an additional fee.

Please be aware in-season, June 15 - September 27, there is a 7 day from Saturday to Saturday rental minimum.

This is our home and while we enjoy sharing it with others we are only interested in sharing it with those who will respect our property.

A Wonderful Stay

This property had everything you would ever want in a rental. A pool right outside your doorstep, a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops of Rehoboth Avenue. The house was immaculate and had everything needed. I would highly recommend this property!

Very enjoyable

Location was great, very easy to get to the beach and attractions. Wifi was a little spotty at moments and I would recommend bringing your own trash bags and toilet paper as well as the required linens and towels. Overall pleasant and enjoyable.

Beautifully modern unit!

My family and I have spent Thanksgiving weekend at Rehoboth Beach for the last four years. We always rent one of the units on Country Club drive because they are pet friendly. This unit was modern and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Week

Our family had a great time visiting Rehoboth. The condo is just off of Rehoboth Ave and in short walking distance to several restaurants and the Tuesday Farmer's Market. We brought our Yorkie as well. The two bedrooms with attached baths are nicely renovated, and the downstairs half bath was great for accessibility.

November review

We had a wonderful stay at this Rehoboth Beach condo. We were in town for a 2 day lacrosse tournament and this was a wonderful location for my husband and I and our teenage son. Located walking distance from Main Street and the boardwalk, and convenient to Dogfish Brewery! The condo was clean, and spacious! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Best location in Rehobeth

Our family has rented in this community since 2009. The Quality of the condo and it’s furnishings plus the beautiful patio area, easy access to the swimming pool and wonderful restaurants and beaches of Rehobeth, make this a great vacation spot. The owners are wonderful and very communicative.

Great condo and excellent hosts!

What a wonderful visit! The condo is very clean, and more spacious than expected (the pictures don’t do it justice). It is nicely furnished, with a fully stocked and updated kitchen. The bedrooms are large and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the location and the ability to park the car and walk to the beach. Stewart and Kim were great to communicate with, and we hope to return in the spring!

Cozy with a great location!!

You will miss out if you pass by this cozy townhouse. It was a great weekend away with my wife and our dog (pet friendly!!). Extremely clean and close to everything, 1 block from Rehoboth Ave. The place was very well equipped, even bowls set out for the dog. Under cover parking was even a huge plus since it rained a lot on 1 of the days. Highly recommend for a getaway from life's fast paced activities!

Inviting spot!

We really enjoyed this unit. The proximity to Rehoboth Ave, cleanliness and decor are great. We had a problem with the Wifi but Stewart responded straightaway. The outdoor space is lovely. It’s a small but beautiful, reasonably private patio with comfortable seating and grill. The only thing I would caution future guests about is the circular staircase. It was no problem for us but could be for people less steady. Great spot. We would definitely love to return.

Great condo!

This was our third year spending a week in Scarborough Village and twice in this particular unit. As was the case our first year, the unit is clean and well maintained. Kim is a pleasure to rent from and will answer any questions or respond to any requests very quickly. The pool after a long day at the beach is a perfect way to end a day. The unit is in a great location....while at the north end of the strip it is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all Rehoboth Ave has to offer. We highly recommend staying here!

Clean, nice neighborhood, BUT…

The place was well kept and clean but a little put off by the linen situation. Description does not indicate that I would have to provide my own bath towels and queen sheets. It is impractical to expect me to pack 2 sets of Queen Sheets and bath towels for 4 adults and a toddler when flying from Texas. Would not stay again.

The property was well appointed, with everything you might need to enjoy a week at the beach. The pool was great and we spent a lot of our time there. The beds were comfortable, as were the couches. The check in process was easy and all the information we needed was easily at hand the whole time we were there.

Great stay great location

We had a great stay and will look them up again next time we are in Rehobeth. The location couldn’t be beat. Check-in was a breeze, and having two parking passes was needed. The pantry was stocked and even the quality of the cutting knives was good, which was needed when we cooked.

Great place!!!

We had a wonderful week at this condo!! Location was awesome - close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing too! We walked to many restaurants, stores and the beach throughout the week. Also used the pool each day, which was clean, family friendly and fairly quiet with plenty of space to swim and chairs to relax! Also utilized the beach parking pass several days to park closer and get away from the boardwalk area a bit, which was nice too. The condo itself was beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice. It was bright, comfortable and a perfect spot for our family of 5 to relax with plenty of space for all. Bathrooms and kitchen were both very nice and living room and bedrooms were also very nice - spacious with nice furnishings. We loved both the back patio and the deck, which were pretty places to relax outside with beautiful flowers. Our dog joined us and we enjoyed walking the neighbor streets with her as well as taking her on our morning walks to get coffee. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return for another stay in the future!!
