OVERVIEW: Steps to the sand! This ocean-block home is the perfect base for your Rehoboth Beach getaway. Comfortably sleeping ten guests, the home offers four bedrooms and two full-hall bathrooms. The first level includes a queen bedroom, and the second level features three additional bedrooms. An inviting three-season room provides the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach.
LOCATION: Prime South Rehoboth Beach location—just steps to the beach, famous Rehoboth Boardwalk, and family-friendly Funland, where generations have enjoyed classic games and rides. Enjoy easy access to local shops, dining, and the vibrant downtown atmosphere.
PARKING: Off-street parking for four cars. Please do not block the driveway.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, grill, central AC, and convenient electronic keypad check-in system.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied; a linen rental package is available. No pets and no smoking permitted. Please note that there have been dogs on the property. Do not block the driveway. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The house was perfect! I met the owner briefly when we arrived, and he was so gracious and accommodating. We had a wonderful time! And this house is so close to the beach and Funland!

The house was perfect for a family beach vacation. It was close to the beach and Funland for the little ones. It was spacious with plenty of room for everyone and an enclosed porch with air conditioning that was great for having coffee in the morning or just relaxing. There were lots of games and books to share. I wish the upstairs bathroom was bigger but it was nice to have a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. We would definitely stay there again.

Easy access to beach, homey place

This house is quiet but still quite close to the beach, which was great for a multi-generational family visit.

Wonderful spot close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean, comfortable, well maintained, and super close to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect for families. Highly recommend!

The house provided ample space and was well appointed. It was an older home but had lots of charm, providing a really shore house feel. The location was perfect, providing walkable access to the beach, boardwalk and Main Street. We did not move our vehicle the entire week. Parking access was tight but four cars could be parked. The bedding configuration was flexible. The upstairs shower was functional but small. Most used the downstairs bathroom. All this is understandable given the age of the house.

Lovely beach house

The location is perfect. The block is quiet close to the beach and walking distance to everything. Wonder charm of an original beach house with the comforts of home.

The beach and funland

House was great location from the beach and funland for our kids and grandkids. House is old Rehoboth and has a lot of charm

Great location

This location is great, especially for families with small children. Less than a block to Funland, boardwalk and beach. Price is great for area. Upstairs bathroom is a little small and the main tv room is a little limited in seating for more than 4-5 people but otherwise have enjoyed staying here this year and last.

Lovely - again

We've stayed here before. It's really good for a group of families who are good friends. We spent lots of time cooking and playing games/puzzles.

Mother’s Day

We had a wonderful time. We went to the beach, shopped, ate and played games around the large table. The house was in a great location for an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Location is perfect!

Lovely property in first block off the boardwalk. House is well maintained, clean, and pleasant throughout. It was exactly as described. An easy, hassle free experience from start to finish!

Wonderful beach home

My family & I just got back from a wonderful stay at this amazing home. It’s on the beach block so quick access to the beach in the mornings & home in the evenings. The home felt like a lake home in Maine, which was perfect for our family. We had multiple generations staying here and there was plenty of beds and space for all of us and for my three young kids to move around. Everyone we spoke to about our reservation was so nice and helpful. We definitely would stay here again!

Place was very nice. Only downside was the Front Porch, which was hot with no ceiling fans and the AC unit could not keep up.

Home Away From Home

This was our second year in a row at this property and we were extremely impressed with the numerous improvements made since our last visit. The location is unbeatable, the house is spacious and well-stocked with everything visitors might need, and everything is clean. I adore the enclosed, private porch that is decorated with festive lights and has it's own AC unit. Many thanks to the owners and RE/Max Rehoboth for the unforgettable memories!

Great house. Everyone had their own space. Was bigger than expected. Loved the built in cabinets. Close to shopping, Funland, mini golf and ice cream!
