Neskowin Village is just a short walk away. Try the clam chowder at The Cafe on Hawk Creek, just under half a mile away. Take a walk over to Neskowin Beach Golf Course (just under a quarter mile away) and get in a round of golf. Pacific City is a quick 10 mile drive to the north, offering even more dining options and natural beauty.

Studio at the Breakers

The studio matched the posting, it was clean and had a beautiful ocean view. We did notice the headboard was not connected to the bed, so we had to stuff pillows between the bed and the headboard so it wasn't wobbly. Also there were no utensils, even plastic would have been helpful. We definitely stay again just a little more prepared.

Beach Paradise!

My spouse and I very much enjoyed our stay. The bed was very cozy and comfortable and loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Neskowin Hotel

The property has an amazing view but the unit is old and in need of cleaning and updating. The carpet is worn and stained and the bathroom fixtures are coming off the wall. There is also an unfinished hole in the ceiling of the closet. The unit also lacked a blow dryer. Overall the complex is quiet but this unit needs a lot of maintenance and updating.

Nice option for the price

The location and view are top notch. Clean and nice small space. A couple of minor changes could significantly improve the space but it is as described and was a great extended weekend escape. Good value for the price.

Clean, cute, beautiful views

This was a perfect solo retreat for myself. Sitting with the ocean waves, easy access to the beach, bed was really comfortable...I had everything I needed. Small fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Walking distance to the one restaurant and little market in the town. Walking along the quiet streets with beautiful landscapes of colorful flowers and giant bonsai trees. Feels tropical. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway

Our room very clean and the view was amazing. Sleeping with sliding door open and hearing the waves was amazing. Also, a short walk and there was a restaurant, store, coffee.

Ideal solo getaway

Perfect, amazing view of the Pacific. Right on the edge of the beach. Far enough away from the general store to be free of the crowds, but close enough that it's just a ten-minute walk to get what you need. Peaceful. Room was small but clean, the plumbing worked perfectly, and there was a mini-fridge and coffeemaker in the room, both of which I found very helpful.

Very pleasant

We were a little disappointed when we tried to make coffee .. filters, cups..no coffee! So glad for the wee market! The view was fantastic. The bed was very comfy. The building very quiet..relaxing !

Just okay

The place itself was fine for what we needed it for but I don’t know if I would stay again. It had a funny old cigarette/ old lady smell. The floor was dirty with stains and the bedspread had a very small dried up blood stain on it. Also the deck which we thought was private was shared with another unit. We never saw the other people but we were still a bit uncomfortable about that. The bed was fine, towels were nice and fluffy and, the shower pressure was phenomenal. Location was great; we loved being right on the beach. Overall it was okay but, for the price we paid, I just felt it was not worth the money spent.

Clean but...

The apartment was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. The advertisement for this states it is a queen bed, but in reality it is a full. The bed is old and lumpy and we only slept part of the night each night we were there and would have moved on to a different place if there were any vacancies elsewhere. In total there are 4 outlets and all but the bathroom and another in the main room which was dangerously loose is filled with appliances and extension cords. The community that surrounds the apartment is cute and quiet and I feel that with a few simple updates this could be a nice little get away. As it sits now, I would not recommend it.

Overall a pleasant stay. One dislike would be the extremely bright security light on the back deck. Would be better if they were at a different location or only pointed down.

If you only want a great view!

The best thing about this room is the view. The bed faces the deck which is right over the seawall with great view and sounds of the surf. The electrical outlets are filled with extension cords, many that did not work. Housekeeping left us with a previous renter's T-shirt and used towel on the back of the bathroom door. Hmm. Although unit looked clean, it left me wondering how clean it really was. Carpet was stained, TV remotes didn't work. However, if you only want to lie in bed, sit on the deck and walk on the beach, this place would be ideal.
