Stunning beach views through windows on two sides of the unit. The pelicans flying into the beach are a special treat.Well-equipped kitchen.

Thank you for the 10 rating. Yes, this condo is right on the beach and its easy to track sand. If your not out on the beach, its nice to watch everything going on from the large picture windows. Its a cozy corner condo so you can see the ocean and sand out front as well a miles down the beach south. Thank you for your reservation.' Patty

The view from the room is so amazing! We liked being able to keep the screen window open because it did get pretty warm in the room on those sunny days, and the right side window does have a small gap at the top but still functions! Some things were a bit outdated such as provided spices, and microwave popcorn but all appliances worked as needed. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, and loved the overall atmosphere with the beach and surrounding community!

thank you for the 10 review!! Sounds like your stay was full of many activities around the Sea Gypsy and beach. You were lucky you got a really sunny stay, but yes it can get warm when we get those few above normal temperature days. I will check on those spices and and popcorn. Housekeeping must have gotten an old box hidden from the rest. My apologies. I hope to have you come stay again soon. Patty

Thank you for the 10 rating!!! I am so glad you found the condo had everything you needed for your stay. The location is the best, the beach right outside and only steps away!! You can listen to the sound of the waves all night and the beach stays lite till around 12 at night.

View amazing! Room not so great. Bead sunk terribly in the middle, husband and I had to sleep on the floor the entire time because bed was so bad

I am so sorry to hear that you did not have a good nights sleep. I give every guest my number so they can call or text if they need anything. When you left you told me about the bed, I had someone check it out and it is fixed now. I am so sorry you had that problem. The view alone will bring us back. I felt as if I were sitting right on the beach, while relaxing with the windows open. Just beautiful. Is this luxury? No, but, it's a quaint small condo which we enjoyed. There's a brand new bed, cute curtains and a small newer couch. Beach access is truly just down some stairs. I made dinner easily, as the kitchen is fairly stocked. Water pressure is fabulous, not just trickling out. Makes for a nice shower.My review would not be complete until I mention our amazing host. She is available and on top of anything you might need. Patty is absolutely wonderful! I wish she were the host of all our future rentals. Book this for a get away and you will be happy :)

This was truly a complete review. I can't say more except you were great guests for allowing the disruption of your stay for the new bed to be delivered. The location of the condo is great, I have to agree. I hope you come back and stay in the future as we keep adding new furnishing. Patty

The cleaning could use more attention.. it wasn’t pleasant looking up at the fan that’s been overlooked for some time. Also we stayed for 5 days and only had one roll of toilet paper, two coffee filters. We went to cook in the oven and there’s no oven mitts.

Thank you for taking time to share your feed back. I apologize for the oversite of the lack of trash bags and toilet paper for your 5 day stay. We try to keep the condo stocked with supplies needed. Also, I do see the picture of the fan, I was not aware that the fan needed extra attention. I have addressed that with the cleaning team. I do give all guest my number so that if the guest should need anything while staying, I would be able to correct that as soon as possible. I so want to note that the cleaning team spent significant extra time after your departure due to the condition the condo was left in. I ask all guests to please respect and follow the check out guidelines. I appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future trips.

Thank you so much for the review. It is great having the beach right outside and this condo has two large windows!! I hope you come again soon, this condo had new carpet and flooring in the last several months, which you were able to enjoy. Also, in the last couple weeks, have been added a new blue sofa, really nice floor lamp, two bedside lamps, and door, and baseboards painted. Take a look at the new pictures that will be on the site by March 20th . Patty

I was grateful for a clean, safe place to stay for 12 days. I appreciated my kitchen especially drinking coffee and watching the waves every morning. Our host knew I was in LC for some very sad reasons. She checked in and offered support. In fact, a friend came to support me and our host had another property and booked my friend easily. I will gladly contact this host agin.

Thank you for your review! It is a great location. The condo is perfect for two people. The view is unusual as it has two windows looking west, to the beach right out front and south, facing the D River and down the beach.

Mother & Daughter beach get away

We loved our stay, the view was spectacular, and we kept our windows opened the whole time to hear the sounds and feel the sea breeze. I would definitely book another my next trip here for sure!

Great weekend

We really enjoy the ease access to the beach, the sounds of the waves from our bed it’s was amazing. We as a small family this place fits perfect, and everything so closed comes more better.

Location was great. View 10 out of 10. the place is out dated. and the bed is too small for 2 people. New queen bed and TV would be a big improvement.

Yes, the location is wonderful and the two windows are unique for this building. You can see right out front at the beach west and to the south also!!! The new carpet and flooring was put in about 4 months ago, but I will address with the owner the other things that also need to be updated. I am sorry you found the bed smaller than you wanted, It is standard size for most beds in the building, since the head boards are already made. I will take another look at the TV and other thing that can be brought up to date. Thank you for your ideas and I hope you come back again soon, and things will be new. Patty

Iam so glad you found the perfect place for your vacation. The view is beautiful on a sunny or cloudy day. So much to see and the sound of the ocean is always there!! Miles of flat sandy beach and right outside the condo. I hope to have you back again.
