The beach was beautiful. The furniture dirty. Chai

Check in easy. Just didn't like the unit, and there is not much to do around. We drove into st Augustine daily.

Winter break

We love staying at Beachers Lodge. It is in a prime area and it is nice and quiet. The unit was very nice. The only problem we have with the units is a 4 cup coffee maker. We spend all morning making pots of coffee. Small complaint for a relaxing week. We will be back next year!

Summer ‘23

We have stayed at Beacher’s several times. This was by far the best room to date. The view was wonderful and though not any larger than the others it felt more spacious. The last night we noticed ants on the door to the owners closet o reported and I have no doubt it was handled

Nice view…

No doubt a great location and good for those traveling with pets. Cons: arrived at check in 30 minutes early and the room was still not ready at the guaranteed time they had said. The “pet relief area” is a tiny sandy piece of land next to the smokers area-If you have a larger dog you will need to walk them next to the road. Good place for a weekend trip- I wouldn’t stay longer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy with our stay at Beacher's Lodge room 427. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, walking the beach and cooking in the unit. I don't know how to use a convection oven, so I was glad that I brought an air fryer. Very happy that the unit and beach are pet friendly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I never set my expectations too high for a stay when I've never been there before because we travel with our Jack Russell and usually dog friendly means a lesser quality. 427 was a great surprise. Clean, no pet smells and nicely furnished. Great view, staff and amenities.

Very relaxing visit, oceanfront balcony condo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was very fast and efficient. She was very well knowledge about the area. Our condo was on the fourth floor overlooking the ocean. It was very clean. We were very impressed. Did the white glove test found nothing. We really enjoyed our time there. The pool was clean the maintenance people were friendly. Housekeeping was friendly however we didn’t use them on a daily basis, but they always asked when they saw us if we needed anything. We definitely will be back.

Beautiful area Room could use improvement (427)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Beachers lodge and have stayed there before in another room. Room 427 could use some updates. There was no rugs in the room at all so the floor was always sandy. The bathroom sink does not have a stopper and I lost an earring. The bathroom shower rod is all rusted and should be replaced. Some of the chairs were covered in plastic, so they were not comfortable. I would not choose to stay in this room again. But the staff was great and the property beautiful.

Mini vacation in Florida

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the bronze units are the lowest rated, this one was sadly lacking in basic amenities. Only three forks and spoons, a mini frying pan, and not one bowl. Also unit is supposed to accommodate four but yet there were only two dining chairs. Very, very basic cable TV.The staff here in incredible and could not be more accommodating. We had a leaking a/c unit which they replaced within an hour. We would come back to Beachers Lodge but not to this unit. This is our first bad experience after several stays here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just being on the beach is usually good enough for us. But having a clean and well stocked suite made it more pleasant.
