Great communication with Great Ocean Properties. The condo was clean, updated, and has a great ocean view. However, because this condo is equipped for 8 people the kitchen supplies were inadequate. We had to purchase a can opener and vegetable peeler. A complete set of flatware is needed, more dishes, glasses and coffee mugs should also be supplied. All beds were comfortable and there’s a great washer and dryer in unit.

Awesome condo with the most amazing view! Very roomy for our family of 5 adults. Nothing better than drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and looking at the ocean! Host was super nice and replied quickly. Would stay there again!

Loved our stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay!! I made quite a few inquiries prior to our stay and every time I was met with courtesy, helpful communication. The condo employees and residents were very friendly and endured our kids being kids. Thank you!! If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay here again.

GREAT Location

This is a great size unit for 2 families with 5 kids total. The unit is big, the location is absolutely perfect. Very easy to get to the beach from condo unit. The large balcony is very nice. The unit was clean (although a deep clean could be done), the garage housed many beach items

Beautiful place!

Gorgeous condo right on the beach with great views and facilities! Office/maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We loved the pool area and hot tub. Lovely beach area, the buildings are set back a little further than neighbors which gives you more room (especially at high tide). We will be back!

Pool and pool deck were out of service as it was all being replaced. Elevator was out a few times after normal hours and my parents in their 80s can’t climb 3 flights of stairs. Fire department had to come do a reset after waiting for a callback. Smoke detector went off two mornings in a row due to the pavers being cut for the pool area.

Beautiful Condo

Other than the loud construction in the condo next door that would have been nice to know about ahead of time, everything was great. The condo is very nicely decorated and was very clean. Beautiful view on the wrap around porch. Just a few minutes from the cute shopping areas of New Smyrna Beach. Very easy check-in.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The view from the living room, the master bedroom and the balcony is beautiful and I miss it now everyday. The balcony is so great as it wraps around the condo with multiple entrances. The three bedrooms, one with bunk beds was perfect for the four grandkids and four adults - as were the three bathrooms! The kitchen was great as we made many meals there with all the kids. The washer and dryer got a good workout, too. Having the strip mall just half-a-mile away with the food market and the ice cream shop was perfect. The beach and ocean was a huge hit with the kids and adults. The hot tub was perfect after being in the ocean and the pool was good too after the day warmed up a bit - it was still early in March. The exercise room was great as was the sauna. The thing we liked the most about the beach here, is that it is a NO drive beach. We wanted the kids to be able to run around on the beach and not have to worry about cars driving on the beach. Bottom line, this condo was fantastic, New Smyrna was great and we want to come back again! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!!

Dishonest

Unit and property were beautiful. Booked right before hurricane Milton. Specifically called to inquire about damage to the unit and amenities. I was told everything was in good working condition. However hurricane Milton broke the pool and Hot tub heater, which mgt company should have known and told us about. We only had hot tub and pool use 2 out of 7 day stay. I understand there was a natural disaster but this should have been disclosed when I inquired. We also had a random service man show up at our door wanting to fix thermostat, and we didn't have an issue or make a call. That left 4 women feeling very uneasy for the remainder of our stay. Mgt company felt our inconvenience was worth $150, not even the price of 1 nights fee. The owner needs to hire a new mgt. Company.
