This tastefully decorated corner condo is perfect for a family beach vacation or a spontaneous trip with friends. Prepare anything from quick beach snacks to full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar, then gather in the formal dining room. Outside, this condo features a large, furnished wrap-around balcony from where you can take in the view and the sounds of the Gulf. With a seasonally heated outdoor community pool, a spacious sundeck, and a fitness room, you and your group are sure to have plenty of fun in the sun on your next vacation to Panama City Beach!

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas, where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away, offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family friendly attractions, including Shipwreck Island Waterpark, as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Seychelles! Perfect Location.

Perfect location if you want to be away from the busy crowds, but close enough to enjoy everything PCB has to offer. Lovely condo, well appointed. Wished we could have stayed longer and plan to return soon.

Last vacay before college

I loved it all, the spaciousness, the decor of the local artist, updated bathrooms, comfy beds, plenty of wine n beverage glass cups, wrap around deck that we enjoyed sunrises n sunsets!

Best condo at Seychelles

We had our entire baseball team stay at Seychelles and I saw quite a few different rooms. Our room was the best hands down! Absolutely beautiful, spacious, and can’t beat that wrap around balcony! Will definitely stay here 100 more times!

We loved the Seychelles 1701!! We loved it so much we tried to book it again for Memorial Day; however, it wasn't available. What you see on the website is what you get. It was home away from home, that's what we look for when we are traveling. We have recommended this room to all of our friends and family. We absolutely loved it!!!!

Great corner unit

The corner view of this unit is stunning. So nice that two of the bedrooms also look out to the balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook but could use a pantry for groceries. I would replace that St Anne piece that doesn't go with the beach or anything else with something more useful. No issues with TV, parking, Wi-Fi. Two of the three elevators were down the last night which created a log jam. Overall you will enjoy this unit for it's comfort and view.

Missing curtains?

Loved the suite, but there aren’t curtains to cover the sliding doors in the primary and secondary bedrooms. This made sleeping difficult due to so much light coming into each room. If the curtains were there, I would give a 5-star review.

Great views, sad about the accommodations

I read the previous reviews and was disappointed that one bedroom had absolutely no blinds and the second had see through blinds. We’ve stayed at several condos on the beach in the past and were disappointed that this one didn’t have beach towels and a cooler to take to the beach. When you fly, this makes packing a little more difficult. The Direct TV box didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and the 3rd had no TV at all. But overall it was a nice unit. The location was further down the strip from most restaurants and entertainment. I wish we would’ve stayed closer to the pier.

Seychelles: 9/11/22

This corner unit with wrap around balcony was awesome. The furnishings including the beds were comfortable and in good shape. This was our first time renting a 3 bedroom unit at Seychelles and we couldn’t be happier with this one.

1701 Rocks!

Many thanks, Erik and April, for the greatest vacation in over 15 years! Christine at the Vacasa desk is the best ever and did everything to accommodate any questions, directions, or issues I had. What a STUNNING VIEW! Had I brought more blankets or a blow up mattress, I would have slept out on the wrap around balcony, under the stars, whilst listening to the Gulf of Mexico lull me to sleep. 17 stories up is perfection, not too high, not too low, and being the end condo gives you the wrap around balcony with hurricane doors. And trust me, small kids can't open them and sneak out, an oh, so important factor. Inside, the condo is spectacular! The master suite is everything you could dream of in a condo, everything you could expect, with it's own dedicated door to the balcony, looking directly over the beach. The guest room also has in it, perfect, beautiful furnishings throughout. And it also has it's own dedicated balcony door in which one may look at the lights and sights of Panama City Beach and Panama City. Look as the Hathaway Bridge lights up blue at night. The guestroom has a Jack and Jill type bathroom that also opens into the hall. So, the Bunk room as well as all guests may utilize that bathroom, while leaving the privacy of the master to you. The kitchen is perfect, there is no need for more of anything other than maybe a place to put dry goods. I used the top of the fridge and it worked out perfectly. The dining room is fabulous but we never used it, instead we all either sat around the curved kitchen island, loved that, or sat on the raised table on the balcony. I believe the TV was turned on once for background noise while sleeping but they all worked great with a variety of channels. The living room is large and we all spent a little time in there. Okay, very little! I would suggest replacing both sofas because they are beginning to look a bit used. Funny thing, one is very soft and smushy and the other nice and firm. My suggestion is to replace them with identical firmness, as I found, many people liked what I did not! The beach welcomes you with cool, sugar, white sand and a Gulf of Mexico that will share with your soul as many different shades of blue and green as you can only imagine. A little shack sits on the beach with two guys who will show you to your chairs with cushions and a umbrella. You can rent jet ski's, go parasailing, or take a banana boat ride there as well. No matter what you do, Take it all in, breathe in that air, watch as the Gulf of Mexico dips past the horizon into oblivion, watch schools of fish play, let it all cleanse your soul. Thank you guys for sharing your home with us. Pst...I will gladly come back!

Great family vacation!

We had the best time. Biggest plus is the condo is right on the ocean and has 2 pools available. Downfall is only 1 of the pools is heated. But other than that everything was great!
