Great spacious condo with amazing views! Very clean with the exception of some sand on the floors. Master bedroom mattress could use replacing.

Absolutely love this place! So many windows to enjoy the best views, especially the sunset over the ocean! We spent New Years here and they had fireworks next door at Schooners and I’ve never been so close!

This condo was perfect for our party of 7. It was spacious, comfy and very clean. The beach and ocean view were amazing. We were able to see dolphins from our balcony on several mornings. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend this unit and will stay again if ever vacationing in the area.

Great Family Beach Location

Great property to stay at with wide range of children ages. Plenty of beach and pool activities. Will stay again when we go back to PCB.

So the property is good but there are some things that need addressing. The toilet paper holders are both loose and need to be either tightened or reinstalled. There is mildew in both showers in the grout and needs a good deep cleaning. The fitted sheets for the main bedroom and second bedroom ( not the bunk beds) both do not stay on the bed and constantly come loose. Its the small details that make the grade go from good to excellent, Would consider the unit again in the future if the above issues were corrected. The mildew is slightly noticeable when you enter the unit.

Stunning Views!

Our family enjoyed bringing in the new year in this gorgeous condo. We had plenty of room and privacy for all 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the stay was the panoramic view through the wall of windows and from the spacious balcony. We will be booking this unit again in the future.

The unit was large enough to accommodate only four adults and two children. The pull out was not in the sofa. The oversized chair was an eyesore with rips and tears on the upper back. As for the kitchen, no hot pads/trivets for hot pans. Not until we were in the unit did we realize how grateful we should be for the minimal amount provided essentials, i.e., dish liquid, body wash, etc. Be prepared to pay 50 USD/day for two beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Comparing to our previous experiences with VRBO rentals, this four night stay will go down as the worst due to conditions and costs.
