-Parking: A $40 Resort Fee covers your parking pass and pool wristbands. These will be inside the unit at check‑in. Please display your parking pass at all times. All passes and wristbands must be left in the unit at check‑out to avoid replacement charges. Parking spaces are not assigned.
-Parking Deck: Due to HOA restrictions, only one vehicle may park in the deck. During the following dates: May 21 through May 25 /June 13 through July 2 /September 3 through September 7/October- Sunday of Schooner's Lobsterfest
-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
