Look no further than Seychelles 1609 for your escape to tranquility! This unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in paradise. You will fall in LOVE with the wraparound balcony that boasts panoramic views of the aquamarine water and majestic sunsets of the gulf. This unit sits on the 16th floor & is steps from the resort pool & white sandy beach. Seychelles is located on the quieter east end of the beach but still close to prime shopping, entertainment & our favorite local restaurants!

This is a 3-bedroom condo that includes a sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary ensuite features a king bed, access to the balcony for incredible gulf views, and a bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub & walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms feature a queen and full bed and an additional, separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area with, you guessed it…more stunning gulf views!

You will have access to all the resort amenities, including the 2 pools, hot tub, fitness center & more

This property is located on the quieter, east end of Panama City Beach but still close to all the fun. You are steps away from Schooner's (a local favorite restaurant) and a very short drive to other favorites like Liza's Kitchen, Patches, & Finn's Island Style Grub. You are also a short drive from St. Andrew's State Park where you can visit the jetties and explore the nature trails, as well as a few miles from Pier Park for shopping, dining, & more entertainment for the whole family!

-Please note that there is a $40 fee for your parking passes & pool wristbands. These will be in the unit when you check in. Please display the parking pass in your vehicle at all times or you will be subject to towing. You MUST leave the parking passes in the unit upon check-out or a you will be charged for each missing pass/band. There are no assigned parking spots.

- Parking in the parking deck is limited to 1 vehicle. There are no assigned spots.
If you have additional vehicles, please be aware that there is an overflow lot but it is a few miles away. This is due to parking deck maintenance so HOA has put restrictions on number of cars in the deck.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

Condo was great! My only complaint was we were given the wrong codes for the garage, pool, and gym. However I called the property manager and they gave me the correct code within minutes.

Not enough bath towels. I have stayed at Seychelles several times and never had a place without blinds on the side windows which made it hard to sleep on the pullout sofa and watch football during the day. There was only one pan that was semi nice. I cook breakfast every morning and that made it hard. The pans were very old and many things were thrift store quality. The walls had stratches in the paint in several places. The place had been cleaned very well and the complex is kept very nice and a perfect location.

Great Place, Beautiful Views!

Upon arrival condo was just as advertised, plenty of room, nice furniture, clean, and had zero issues during our stay. We definitely will book this condo again in the future.

Cleanliness

First I want to say thank you that the HOST for the earlier check in. The balcony view and constant breeze is amazing! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room! The public parking for extra vehicles was very convenient. But the whole condo needs some serious deep CLEANING!!! We did NOT use the coffee maker or the blender as they were very dirty. The cabinetry in the one the bathrooms is coming apart, some of the balcony furniture is rusted and falling apart. My husband (190 pounds) sit down in one of the balcony chairs and fell through it. This condo has lots of potential. Just needs DEEP cleaning and new balcony furniture. Out HOST did mention he did a walkthrough before we checked in. I would advise next time to remove the rusty balcony furniture before guest check in. This could be a safety issue in the future.
