Clean, organized and well stocked. We enjoy our stay every January. Pool was well heated and the spa was great.

This home was very unique. Our group enjoyed our stay. Overall home was spacious, with fully equipped with kitchen supplies. We loved having the casita, making it feel like a separate space. The back yard is amazing with a beautiful pool and surrounding trees. Todd was a responsive and a great host. Thank you again!

we rent this home every year and it is always perfect! Unlike so many cookie cutter homes in the area, it has charm and real decor, not just anything bought from the local hobby lobby. The backyard is amazing with a large wall for privacy, orange trees... with oranges! and a very nice pool and hot tub. Todd is always responsive when contacted with any question. Can't go wrong with this place.

An Enjoyable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 4 couples and a dog and there was more than enough room for all. The pool and back yard are excellent as is the location. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for the future.

Amazing Stay

Loved the home and the pool area was fantastic. Perfect amount of space for our family and we just loved how they thought of everything!! Plenty of supplies, towels, pans, etc. Never felt like we had to go out and get anything.

Great Villa In Coachella Valley

This property is absolutely stunning. We stayed here over one of the Coachella weekends and really enjoyed the house spending most of the time in the back yard by BBQ and pool.

Special home

Wonderful eclectic home with vintage art, decor, and lovely tiles. The spacious and beautiful outdoor area brought us joy. Orange trees and pretty flowers. We loved walking to dinner in Old Town La Quinta each evening.Recommend!

Transcultural Excellence

We had a great time. A unique early California property. Loved cooking melas and celebrating in the dining room. The backyard pool, jacuzzi and bar areas were enjoyed by all. Thanks again for a great stay.

Fantastic home!

We came down for our daughter’s wedding, and the whole family stayed in your home. It was just perfect for all of us, and the casita worked out great for the new bride and groom. The property is lovely and the home is as beautiful as shown in the photos. Lots of space for everyone and really homey feeling.

We never left the house! Pool and grounds were perfect for our family (including our dog) and the house had all the amenities. The pool exceeded our expectations with a perfect sun shelf for our little one. Would definitely book again- thank you!!

Perfect family meet cute place

Our 2nd family get together in the middle so no one has to travel far. House, yard, pool all seclude and fun for activities. Lots of room, kitchen outfitted very well, and beds and baths are comfortable and easy to fit the group. Todd Larsen is a super host and always helpful. Our family is hooked🙃

This property was better than we expected. So much character, outdoor area and yard was fantastic, all the amenities, it had plenty of everything we needed, excellent location (we walked downtown a few times, it was minutes away), it provided a perfect setting for our extended family to spend a few days together. Clean, easy, everything worked, everything well maintained, quiet atmosphere, mountain views were stunning. Our family would like to make it annual get-together at THIS property; loved it.

Lovely House and Yard - GREAT communication

The owner was so responsive to my questions both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property! Our group of four adults and one dog had a great time at the house. We used both the main house and the casita. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The large and shady side yard for the dog to play in was perfect.
