The rooms and property were excellent. We were able to go accross the street to Safeway to get supplies to cook breakfast every morning in the great kitchen before heading out for adventures. It was very nice being close to the Coconut Marketplace as well. The rooms are centerally located on the island so we can make it to the North and Waimea Canyon easily. We will definitely be looking to stay here again with our family next time.

Excellent condo, with view of ocean & pool. Pool waterfall in front of condo has a very calming sound. Condo was clean and up dated. No issues. Location on walking paths and Safeway shopping across street was a plus.

Had a great stay!

This place was so beautiful! The boys loved the waterslide! And I loved waking up every morning to watch the sunrise. Very spacious and clean

Family get away

The unit was fabulous with a great view of the lovely pool and courtyard area. We could also se the ocean. The kitchen and furnishings were top level. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful condo - felt like home

The perfect family stay!

This unit was perfect for our family spring break with 2 young kids - its amenities checked all of the boxes for fun and convenience. Shops and restaurants are walkable. The beach is gorgeous and even offers a few areas with protection from rougher seas. The pool is a dream. We loved the wading area for little kids, waterslides and waterfalls for more adventurous kids, and a restaurant/bar several hot tubs for mom and dad. We definitely recommend it for families and we would happily stay again.

Awesome condo with amazing views

This property was just as expected. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The views were amazing and the condo was situated in the middle of a smaller complex which is just our style. The check-in and checkout process was so easy and the management company was always available if needed. We did not need the management company though as everything went great during our stay, we will definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great stay in Kapa'a

Overall, our stay was really great. Loved the property. Loved the pool. Unit was great - felt very clean and properly equipped. One thing that happened to us - first night we were there we all went to the pool and only took one device (which had our door code in it) and it ran out of batteries. Was a bit concerning for a bit, but found a way to charge it and retrieve the code. For other guests would recommend writing it down somewhere and carrying it with you, since this is not a hotel and you can't just go to front desk to get a new key....hazards of this age when we rely on technology too much. Overall, great place, great stay.

Luxurious rental in an excellent location with everything you need.

The unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Check in was a breeze with the code provided immediately after booking the stay. Unit was very clean and spotless, and was stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Appliances looked brand new including the washer and dryer. The facilities were awesome and as pictured. The heated pool has two slides and four jacuzzis, and steps away from the beach. The beach is rough and not conducive to swimming but still very nice to view. If I needed to find something that needed improvement, the master bathroom mirror could be replaced and the shower head is probably a water saver with low pressure. But other than that, it is an excellent unit. A twenty four hour Safeway and Ross is across the street and walking distance, along with a large mall with a couple eateries for convenience. We would definitely rent this out again. As far as communications, you will be given an app to download where you can message the host. The host responded immediately even at 10 pm at night. Just a great experience!!!

Great stay except one thing

We loved the convenient location and amenities that were afforded to us during the stay. The pool was great, close proximity to family-friendly beaches, and other restaurants and shopping. The only thing that was not great was the cleanliness of the unit. We found our feet were incredibly dirty at the end of the first day, simply from walking on the floor in the condo with bare feet. The vacuum was clogged and had virtually no suction. We were able to clear the clog which consisted of debris from several stays accumulated prior to us. We vacuumed the carpet and mopped the tile floors. That helped tremendously and allowed us to keep our feet clean for the rest of the stay. There were also several small bugs crawling on almost every surface. We don't know if this was due to the neglect of the cleaning staff or just an attribute of the area and time of our stay. They are everywhere though including the cooking surfaces and bathrooms. Other than the cleaning issues, the stay was great! The room and view are amazing. The in-unit washer and dryer were a dream.

Aloha Ryan, Thank you for being our guest! Please allow us to speak to a few things mentioned in this review. To start, we take cleanliness very seriously, and it's challenging as a management company to receive feedback like this after the fact, especially when we heard nothing negative from the guests about cleanliness, bugs, or the vacuum when they were here. The last thing our cleaning team does is mop out the floors on their way to exiting the room before the guest arrives, so if a guest arrives and walks in with their shoes on, the kitchen floors will not be as clean as they should be or were when we left the room. Most visitors don't take their shoes off when entering like we do (island tradition). The night this guest arrived, he called to complain that there were no sheets for the sleeper sofa when, in fact, there were. There was no mention of any cleanliness issues, and there were no "bugs crawling on almost every surface." Again, we take pest control very seriously, and a professional pest control company treats the property every quarter. We had not had any feedback before this guest's arrival, and we have not had any since mentioning anything about bugs. Our team also found no trace of bugs. Ultimately, we wish the guest had a five-star experience, and we hope to do better next time. Mahalo, Kauai Exclusive Management

Fantastic family friendly resort

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Loved the pool area, gorgeous beach view although not ideal for swimming in the ocean. No complaints. Loved the resort!

Trip of a lifetime

The property was beautiful . Communication and check in was a breeze. Parking was close to the unit which made loading and unloading luggage and groceries easy. The best was the view! Absolutely amazing!

Eastside Getaway

Centrally located for easy travel around the island. Beautiful beach front and relaxing and clean pool area. Love the full kitchen and outdoor grills for cooking.
