Very nice property and handled our large group nicely. The walk to the beach was not far and we enjoyed this beach access. Would stay at the property again due to less crowds at Inlet Beach so not crowded beach. The management company answered all of our concerns quickly and were easy to reach by text.

Great house!

This house is beautiful and very accurately advertised! Very clean and more than enough space for our group of 15 girls. As of May 2024 there is construction of a new home happening directly next to the backyard - and that work did wake us up early on the week day and was not ideal to be in the pool with workmen right on the other side of the short fence. Be sure to communicate with the property management on this if it is going to bother you.

Fantastic Stay for Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! 3 families- 15 people total. Everyone had enough space to spread out. The Coach house made it even better with the amount of extra living space. The walk to the beach access was even shorter than the pictures depict. Kids rode into Rosemary every day. Donut hole was right down the street. Management was responsive during the busy day in helping with the sonos speaker set up. Kitchen was stocked! Game room was an added bonus!
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 11 feb. 2021
Hooray! We cheer when we read reviews like these, Eileen. Thank you for this excellent feedback. And thank you for mentioning the single most important detail- the proximity of fresh donuts at the Donut Hole! :-) We love that you guys loved the carriage house and the game room and the Gilligan's Island was big enough for everyone to find some space. We can't wait for you to come back!
