This is a 3 BR/2 BA condo at the Plantations (West side of 1D) on Plantation Road (1 D), which is parallel to and just west of route 1 at Lewes, DE. Convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches, our tax-free Delaware outlets, restaurants, and theaters. Gated community with lots of landscaped greenery. Short term memberships in the on-site swimming pool, tennis courts, and gym are offered and available at the Community Center - not included in rental.

Condo is spacious 2100 square foot second-floor unit with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and wrap-around enclosed and screened veranda. Separate balcony off of second bedroom. Condo is furnished with one king-bed for the master BR, a queen bed for the second bedroom, and two twins for the third bedroom; additionally the living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer laundry in unit. You'll love the custom-built walk-in closet of the master bedroom and all the sliders that lend such openness to the unit. Photos below show the condominium unit with the beautiful furnishings. Living room carpeting was recently replaced.

Wonderful month

Very comfortable condo with more than enough room. Very well maintained and equipped to make our days and nights effortless. Would love to return again to this property. Everything we hoped for!

Too short to truly review

I had rented this place for 30 days, however after only two nights my husband had a medical emergency at home (Massachusetts) I packed up and left.He is still in the hospital diagnosed with Type B Non-Hodkin Lymphoma) I contacted the owner and while she was sorry it happened, she told me I hope I enjoyed my stay. I did end up being able to have my sister and her husband spend the last week there. Upon arrival they found the refrigerator had finally died, (owner had advised it was temperamental). The owner responded as quickly as she could considering it was the holiday weekend, they had it repaired by Monday. The condo itself was very spacious and well appointed, wish I had been able to stay the month. The fans and furniture on the nice large screened deck need replacement and repair.

Condo, three bedroom, two bath.

The condo and location was more than expected. Whatever you needed it was there. It was very spacious and clean. The owner even had two maps for taking short cuts for shopping, beaches, groceries etc. Two parking spaces were right in front of the condo. Other people in the community were very friendly. Had a great three weeks.

Great condo

Property is clean, and very well stocked. Furnishings are in excellent condition and comfortable. Huge screened in porch and the pool were a plus. Community is very nice and owner is easy to deal with. We would return.

Feels like home, but near the beach

Plenty of storage (a California closet! plus closets in each bedroom), so you can really unpack and live there, rather than just out of suitcases. Nice to have beach chairs to use and have them stored in a closet outside so you don't have to bring them in. Also great to have the stairs on the outside (instead of the inside like other units) so you don't have to worry about the safety of little ones or elders. Two bathrooms and master far from the other bedrooms so we didn't annoy each other. Thoughtful touch to leave some basic supplies like salt and oil and coffee filters. Also appreciated the Netflix account availability; we never thought we'd watch so many good movies. Owner so easy to deal with and patient with us.

Perfect place to stay!

We had such a great experience at this townhouse! The space was clean and tidy and just enough room to accommodate the 6 of us comfortably! Everything was spelled out for us easily so we were able to enjoy the wifi, netlflix and fitness center pool. The neighbors to the unit were all welcoming and friendly. The kitchen was quite adequately stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and having laundry on site was great! I have no complaints about our stay at this property! Would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Lovely condo once we found it

We found the rental process and the map into the complex confusing. But the #1 challenge was negotiating traffic through the spiderweb-like, poorly marked, very fast-moving intersection of 6 or 7 roads about a mile from the condo, necessary to cross thru to get to Lewes or anywhere else! The condo itself was fine. Liked the pool, although we had to pay $10/visit because the passes left for guests were outdated. It’s clean and well-supplied.

Great Location

The condo is convenient to downtown Lewes, downtown Rehoboth and the outlet stores. It is very roomy and the kitchen is well equipped. It is on the second floor if that bothers anyone. The tv could be bigger. Very nice closet in the master bedroom. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place. Great time.

We had a great time in this roomy condo. The community is very nice. Had to pay separately for the pool but we knew that going in and got plenty of use out of it. three bedrooms was nice and the master was very large. We would go back. The owner was accessible and very helpful.

Wonderful! Just what I wanted. Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing

Spacious condo with plenty of room to relax. Loved the porches. Nicely decorated, comfy beds, clean. Well equipped kitchen. No maintenance issues, everything in working order. Quiet area with pleasant neighbors and lots of trees and plants. Easy drive to beaches, shoppIng, restaurants. Owner very nice. Good communication, no hassles. Recommended. Would definitely rent again.

Great location to everything down the beach

This condo was perfect for our week long family vacation! It had everything we needed! The condo was very clean and taken care of. The location is close to everything down the beach. One thing we really loved was being able to cook meals at the condo. Great memories were made! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Mary!

Awesome place!

Had a great experience in this condo and Mary was great to deal with! The location is very good and it was a very accommodating place for our vacation. Mary answered every question I had in detail as well. Would absolutely rent again!

Perfect

My 24 year old daughter was relocating to Lewes. She needed a one-month rental as her leased apartment was not yet available. Mary's stepped in and helped us. Her home was lovely, spacious, very clean, and affordable. Mary was so easy to work with. We were so impressed with the place, we may even come back and rent a week during the summer.

Very roomy and centrally located to the beaches, shopping and restaurants!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed for the week. The community pool was great! However, you have to pay extra for the use for a week. But it was worth it! The only thing I didn't like was the surprise $200 damage deposit and how long it took to get refunded.

Spacious condo near Lewes and Rehoboth Beaches

My family and I recently stayed at this condo for a week. It's an extremely nice place with lots of room. It was clean and the living room and wrap-around porch area are very spacious. It's conveniently located only a few miles from both Lewes and Rehoboth beaches as well as the outlet mall. I highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again next year!

Spacious condo at the beach

My family and I have stayed here three years in a row now. It's a couple short miles from the beach but in a convenient spot to get to all the Delaware beaches, shopping, and farm stand ice cream. Convenient to fields for sports too. Plenty of room for our family of five. Love the wraparound screened in porch.

Plantations Condo

Community is great - nice pool, tennis and work out facility. Downsides: Condo, however, needs updating. Rugs are stained and worn, the place needs a good paint job, bathrooms are out of date, great room TV is too small for a vacation home. Did not meet my expectations for the price of the rental. Upsides: kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable. I would not rent it again.

Absolutely lovely place. ...

Absolutely lovely place. We love the Plantations and this condo is wonderful. Fully stocked, clean and great porch!

This property is located on route 1D which is much less traffic than route 1. What sold me on the Plantations is all the greenery and spaciousness. It is quite convenient to both Lewes and Rehoboth.
