Welcome home! This relaxing coastal retreat is available for weekly and month off-season rentals.

If you are looking for less than one week and the calendar shows available, you can reach out to see if I can honor your reservation. (I would need to block a full week)

Looking for the perfect getaway or a comfortable home away from home? This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the highly sought-after Summerlyn community is ideal for vacationers, traveling professionals, and seasonal renters alike!

Room for the whole family! Plenty of room for the whole family with 2 twin beds in the first bedroom, 1 queen bed in the bedroom adjoining the hall bath, a King bed in the main bedroom, and another two twin roll-aways (stored in closet for your use).

Relax and unwind with your morning coffee or tea on the private balcony off the main bedroom and sunroom, which overlooks the pond. We provide a small amount of coffee and tea with sweetener for your use.

To keep rental costs down, we do not provide linens. **Starting with August 2025 bookings, bed linens are included with your stay!** You are welcome to bring your own towels or you can rent from a local company. We recommend Clean House Happy Home, as they clean our home and they provide a seamless experience. *We provide a starter amount of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible for any additional quantities required. We provide hand and dish soap, laundry detergent, and coffee, tea, and other basic kitchen staples for guest use.*

Convenience. Full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Don’t feel like going to the beach, but want to enjoy the water? Enjoy the community pool!

Rainy Day Ready! Our unit is stocked with books, puzzles, and coloring books to keep you entertained, no matter the weather! There is even a walking path to nearby Lefty's.

Minutes from Lewes & Rehoboth Beaches – Your coastal retreat awaits! We also have some sand toys and beach chairs for your use.

Easy Access to Shopping & Dining – Route 1 outlets, and local restaurants all nearby.
