It's time for that Beach Getaway!

Summertime Savings on last minute bookings.
Thank you for taking the time to look at our condo. This unit is located at Celadon Beach Resort on the 18th floor, Unit 1806. Located 2 miles west of Pier Park in the quieter area of Panama City Beach. Shopping and restaurants close and accessible. Walk the pier at sunset. Great for kids of all ages.

Celadon Beach is located at the quieter west end of the beach, away from the noise and congestion. It is a more laid-back experience than the beaches to the east. More family friendly. Amazing views of the sunsets and marine life in the Gulf below.

One bedroom, two full baths. Sleeps 5 with king bed in bedroom, bunk beds in hall and queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table seats 4 with bar stools at the bar.

New washer and dryer in the unit

Table and chairs on balcony to enjoy the sunsets!

Master bedroom has tub/shower. 2nd bathroom has walk-in shower.

2 pools, one heated pool with hot tub on the street side, one gulf side with hot tub. Grilling area with picnic tables. Tennis court. Work-out facility. Free Wi-Fi. Covered parking garage with covered air conditioned tunnel crossover to condo. 3 high speed air conditioned elevators. Beach chairs for rent on beach side.

Beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella is included with your rental. Just give them your room number and they will set you up.

There is a one-time $45.00 parking fee that will need to be purchased prior to arrival. Details will be sent upon booking.

Cleaning fee for your stay is $145.00.

This property is perfect. It is clean and has everything you need to cook, bonus... Two box fans. The view is amazing. Frank is an awesome host, and answered all of my questions. I am already planning a trip back.

This vacation home is beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. The views are truly spectacular; we were fortunate enough to observe dolphins, schools of fish, and stunning sunsets, along with an aviation show, all from the comfort of the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Frank was a great communicator. The condo was exactly like pictured. The beds were comfortable. Enough space for us all. Bring essentials like TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, and garbage bags, if staying for a longer period. There are two box fans, a pack n play, extra pillows and blankets. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Overall, a great location, great place, great host!

West end location

The condo was just what we needed. Parking was easy and the beach was terrific. Great communication with the host and he offered many suggestions for dining out. We would stay here again!

Great Trip!

We had a great stay and would definitely staying here again! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication with Frank was great and the location could not have been better for our family with small children. Would highly recommend!

Frank is amazing!!

Everytime we have stayed with Frank he has been great with communication and does everything he can to ensure a wonderful vacation! If you’re staying anywhere else in PCB you’re staying at the wrong place!

Just as described!

This was perfect for our brief stay, the only negative we can come up with is we wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect location for us, and plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens! Owner was so pleasant and quick to respond during booking, after booking, and even during our stay! Look forward to visiting again!

Family Getaway

We had an amazing time on our stay. The condo was clean and well taken care of. We had zero issues. Loved how close it was to Pier Park but at the same time far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Condo

The condo was updated and decorated so well, it was homey and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The location was perfect for a quieter more calmer area of Panama City. Frank was very responsive to messages. I would stay here again!

We live in Little Rock, AR and take every opportunity to come down to the Gulf for a getaway. We've been coming down at least once a year, sometimes more, since 1981. We never get enough of the peaceful sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the sunsets that never cease to amaze.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We chose Celadon because of it's location at the quieter West end of the beach, away from the big crowds and the management at the condo. They are on top of everything and always looking to improve the property. We get a good feeling about the way it's managed and the way they take a personal approach to it.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Having the exercise room and the heated pool makes for a better experience for all. Two pools and two hot tubs insures everyone gets a chance to get wet. The covered parking garage is a plus, with the covered crossover so you don't get wet loading/unloading when you arrive.
