Newly remodeled, 1020 Sq Ft Condo - only 2 blocks from the beach. All are on ground level with a great porch to enjoy Port A sunsets. This coastal cutie has a large living room with a couch (which folds out into a sleeper), recliner, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is equipped with white appliances granite countertops and 2 barstools. The adjoining dining area has seating for 4, plus additional seating for 2 at the bar table next to it, the additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar/island. The washer/dryer is tucked neatly away in a hall closet. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-size bed, TV, closet, chest, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed and a Twin bed, a TV, a closet, and a chest. It has use of the hall bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. Enjoy relaxing outside on the porch or swimming in the complex pool after a day at the beach.

We loved the property location and actual property of the home it was cozy and decorated really nice. The only thing I cannot give a 5 star for would be the lack of supplies. The laundry soap container was completely empty. The salt and pepper shakers were empty. There was no oil, or seasoning except 1 small bottle. I have always had coffee pods when staying at a property with a kurig. Just make sure to bring all of your own items otherwise you will find yourself having to go out and buy them.

Great place

Great location

This place is really close to the beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the beds are really comfy. Everything was really nice. Management is easy to reach and to work with.

Great place!

My husband, son and son's friend stayed three nights at this condo. It was very nice, comfortable, and the perfect location for our needs. We will definitely be back again!

Convenient & Dog-friendly

We loved our recent stay at Costa Del Ray Townhomes. It was clean and cute with very comfy beds. The location is fantastic—just a short walk/drive to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking. We especially appreciated the convenient water hose for rinsing off sand before going inside. Highly recommend!

Great Beach House

This was a great small house, fit our our family well. I loved that it had space for three kids in the room, so no one was sleeping on a couch. Kitchen was great and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and quick.

Great location- code wasn’t sent upon arrival- had to reach out and wait but resolved within 10 minutes. There was a fishy smell in the place - could not figure out what it was. Pillows really need to be replaced. One bathtub didn’t drain well. Other than that it was perfect.

So close to the beach and port Aransas restaurants and stores. House was very nice and had all the amenities that we needed. Kids wife and I loved it. Win win win!

Great weekend away

We had a great experience. Very clean and had just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The property management company was amazing. We called with a slight problem and someone was there in 15 minutes to help us. Will definitely recommend to family & friends!

Very nice unit and well priced. Water pressure in the bathroom sinks was very low but the kitchen and shower were both fine. Good location and nicely decorated.

Everything was wonderful no complaints except maybe not enough toilet paper and paper towels, but nothing we couldn't get ourselves. Thank you so very much.

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Plenty of space and a great floorpan for privacy. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property. You could prepare ANYTHING! The host was so responsive and we felt really valued. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Thank you!

Wait I’m trying to find the right wording for this condo…..Stunning, Amazing, Awesome, Wonderful and WOW this place was great, great location no problems bed was comfortable open concept had everything you needed in it and I WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING THERE AGAIN !!!!!!! Great

Property was well equipped with kitchen ware and gadgets. Comfy beds and linen. Only trouble I had was that I didn’t receive the door code and was confused on how to get in but I called the number on the window sign and was able to have it sent within seconds.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: super cute, obviously newly remodeled condo just a couple of blocks from the beach, plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 teen boys. coastal décor, new appliances, washer, dryer, plenty of seating and storage, all of the amenities were there, great location, pool onsite - will visit again!

Nice place

The unit was great. It was comfortable, clean and easy access to the beach. The only let down was the pool was green and not swimmable. We booked the stay here because there was a pool, so we could have gone to a more affordable location without a pool. But overall we had a nice time.
