Summer time is here and always a favorite with our guest. We keep it a little old school here, but everyone has a great time.
Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat, located on Eleventh St. in the heart of Port Aransas at the Sea Sands Condos and just a short walk to the beach. Sandy Feet Retreat is 1042 sqft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo, located in the Sea Sands Condominium complex. This is an end, second floor unit, #210, that enjoys it own private stairway entrance and views of the pool and grounds. Enjoy the beach and outdoor activities during the day then come back to Sandy Feet Retreat and lounge on the large shaded outdoor balcony.
Sandy Feet Retreat is a privately owned property that is our little getaway, when we are not sharing it with our new found friends. I assure you, if our calendar is open, we are there making sure everything is in working order or adding a little beach motif to our little retreat. We take pride in Sandy Feet Retreat to make sure your stay is as just enjoyable as we have we when we can squeak out a few days during the summertime. Our goal for our guest is to make sure you have a 5 star stay. If for any reason you do not think we have achieved that, please let us know immediately so we can correct it.
Sandy Feet Retreat provides the basic necessities you need to enjoy a great time in Port Aransas. You will find bed linens, bath towels, basic cooking utensils, coffee pot, blender and more.

Living area: 2 x sofa convertible
*Tropical storm time. Yes, it is a part of life here, but we understand and know that some guest get a little nervous. The good thing is we are on the 2nd floor, so we just watch the cars and golf carts wash around. "IF" a storm does come to the coast our standard cancellation policy will be in effect unless there is a mandatory evacuation by the city of Port Aransas. If there is, you will be prorated on time stayed, minus cleaning fees.

Would be more convenient to have a washer and dryer at the condo. We really enjoyed our vacay stay this 4th of July!

It was a busy 4th weekend and I am so glad you enjoyed your time.
I can feel your pain on the washer and dryer access in the condo. Sandyfeet uses the community washroom as well.

Very nice place to stay! Very clean! The host was very nice & helpful for our first time to Port A! Close to the beach. 10 out of 10!!

This obviously is not a 5star condo/property but for what it is and all it offers, the price, communication, location, pool, etc it is a 5star stay.

Great communication from host. We so enjoyed the breeze on the balcony. We loved the location, both close to the beach and to old town. We would definitely stay there again.

Ricky is a very good host and place is very clean and very comfortable! Kids and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back soon!

Great Location!!This Property is very comfortable and relaxing. Everything we needed was available. Fairly quiet. Comfortable beds, Very nice shower, stocked kitchen and Lovely Pool. One rule forgotten…Don’t hang clothes or towels on the banister… Our Host was always available for communication This is one property we would like to return to…Thank You for a wonderful Mothers Day Weekend

Weekend getaway
Enjoyed our stay. We've stayed here before and we keep coming back. Definitely love the easiness of checking in, cleanliness of room location to the beach, always friendly

We purchased Sandy Feet Retreat in April of 2017 to enjoy what the Port Aransas area has to offer. We have vacationed here for the last 20 years and decided to look for own little piece of paradise. When we came across this end unit, with its own private staircase, tucked into a little secluded area of the Sea Sands Condos, we fell in love. With the Gulf breezes, the shaded balcony and everything in town close by, we could not pass this up. We can't enjoy the full benefits of Port Aransas yet... But that is why we are sharing with others, so they can find the same coastal love that we did 20 years ago.
