Large private master bedroom looking over the water, with Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Large back deck overlooking the water with gas grill. A dock for crabbing or mooring your boat, screened front porch, fire pit, paddle boards and other water sport options. LIMITED FIREWOOD AVAILABLE, RECOMMEND BRINGING SOME ALONG! Wireless internet so you can stay in touch with the rest of the world; if you want to. Very quiet property, enjoying drinking your coffee on the deck in the morning, or a glass of wine as the sunsets over Spring Cove. Conveniently located to some of the areas best waterfront dining, marinas, and some of the best fishing spots in the Chesapeake bay. If you want a quiet place on the water in the country to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is your spot. Best described as laid back and relaxing! Signs of Spring are popping up everywhere, and what better time than now to come to the Northern Neck. With the addition of a new amusement park, movie theatre, several breweries and vineyards minutes from each other, our area is one of the most sought after areas in Virginia. While boating, fishing, and other water sports have always been popular in the area, we also have nature reserves, state parks, and bike trails. I've lived in this area for 46 years, I'm a charter boat captain that spends over 200 days a year on the water and have recently gotten my Real Estate License. I know and love this area, my family works and goes to school here. I married the love of my life Jessica in 2006 and we have two boys. Bowe; 18, is currently attending Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Va. He's majoring in business and on the baseball team. Cason; 11, is in the 6th grade at Northumberland Middle School. He likes baseball, basketball, and most of all video games. My family enjoys fishing with me, boat rides, cooking, going to the beach, and everything this area has to offer

You will enjoy the coziness of a log cabin coupled with the beautiful waterfront views, and the stunning sunsets. The first thing you will notice about the property and this area is the laid back feel. The property has a grill so you can stay home and grill overlooking the water, or enjoy some of the many restaurants in our area. We are conveniently locate 15 minutes from Reedville and 25 minutes from the quaint town of Kilmarnock. We have paddleboards, a kayak, crab pots, and a dock to fish off of. You can swim off of the dock; we recommend wearing water shoes or other type of shoes, as the bottom is muddy and there are some oyster shells that could cut your feet, or you can go to a community beach less than three miles away. Perfect for couples looking to get away and families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Less than a two hour drive to three cities, amusement parks and other recreation. Once you come to our area you will fall in love with it.
