Excellent stay with an amazing location with easy access to the trains. The host made the stay extremely easy with great communication regarding any questions that we had. We would easily choose to stay here again.

Location is amazing. Not our first time to Paris so it was nice to not have that tourist feeling. Better shops and restaurants and the apartment has some serious charm to it.

Valerie was an excellent host. There was an issue with our refrigerator and she took quick action to resolve it. The location was ideal, the courtyard quiet and balcony view idyllic. The space was well appointed, the kitchen well stocked . Overall, a cozy stay with an accommodating host.

Actually bigger than it looks! Great location, beautiful courtyard. Except the gentleman who ensures that the courtyard is beautiful does not allow any kind of activity in the courtyard. Our boys were playing with a small ball and we got “yelled at” saying it was forbidden to do so- a small unexpected bummer. Most of the building seems to be vacation rentals. Very quiet, a wonderful escape from the bustle of the city.

Wonderful location near a Metro so we were able to see all the main sites. Many many shops & cafes available to keep us well fed and hydrated!

The location of the flat was incredible, especially being so close to a playground for our kids. It was also great to be able to do laundry. One thing to note is that there is only 1 toilet, in a separate room from the sinks and shower. We made it work with 4 of us!

Thanks Anne for your lovely comments! In Paris, the toilet is often separated from the rest of the bathroom—an unusual detail, I agree with you, but very typical of many apartments here.

We stayed at this apartment for five nights. Things we liked - the host provided excellent instructions for check in and responsed to email communications quickly, access to an elevator for luggage, a large bathroom with two sinks, washcloths, and roomy shower. Things that could have been better - we were there during a heatwave (95 degrees every day). The apartment has no AC and there was only one small stand fan provided which was not adequate.

Great location in the heart of Marais. It was smaller than what I expected but we didn’t need much more. Plenty of room for me, my wife and my 24 year old daughter. Shower was a little awkward in that it does not have a door between it and the main bedroom so I was locked out of my bedroom when my daughter showered. Unfortunately we had jack hammers every morning at 8:00 but served as an alarm to get us going. I assume that was just bad luck/timing.

The location is fantastic. It was very quiet (other than when the construction crew was working). The apartment has an interesting assortment of artwork and artifacts.

Valeria was a wonderful host!! She was quick to help with a transit pass issue and had some great suggestions. The apartment was very cozy and comfy for my family of 5. The location was absolutely amazing!!! The Marais was the neighborhood to be in for sure. Great shopping and food surrounds Valeria’s place. Transit is quick and easy to all of the major sites. It was an amazing experience. For reference we have 3 boys 6-13yr of age.

Wonderful Stay in Paris

We loved staying in this cozy apartment in the Marais. It is very well located and the host is very responsive. Would rent it again in a future trip to Paris.

Great Location

beautiful apartment great location

This was a lovely place to stay in a fantastic location. The apartment was clean and well laid out with plenty of personal space. Valeria was a wonderful host, very responsive and all information was accurate and thorough. I would definitely stay here again. highly recommend.

Great location in Paris

Our family stayed here for several days in Paris. It’s a wonderful location with great access to Metro stations and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The property was clean and the rooms are quiet and it was easy to get to all the sites we wanted to visit. The local shops and restaurants made us feel at home.

Paris stay

My son and I had a great time staying at Valeria’s flat. It has everything we needed and she was very accommodating with our requests. It is in a great location and close to the subway. We would stay here again.

The neighborhood was amazing, with a lovely cafe across the street and a boulangerie two doors down. The metro was 2 blocks away, and short, convenient ride to all the attractions. Valeria was kind, responsive, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends/family, and will book again if we are able to return to Paris in the future!

We loved our stay!! The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to so many wonderful restaurants, sights, and the grocery store. It was me, my partner, and my parents sharing the space. Wonderful to have the toilet in the more public location, and coordinating showers through one of the bedrooms was totally fine. It was so quiet and stayed quite warm (we were there in December). We have somewhat different sleep schedules, and didn't seem to bother each other. I highly recommend!!
