The condo was spotless – our house was very communicative… We love the size of the porch with it’s amazing beach and ocean view. We brought along my 95-year-old mother – the elevator took us right to the front door… It was perfect for her – and for us. great local restaurants, and tiki bars… we suggest you take the ferry over to Southport!

The place was very clean and well prepared. We had everything we needed, and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck watching the ocean waves. Check-in and parking were super easy. The location is perfect as it's close to everything in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach as well. The elevator is really nice for heavy luggage. Thanks for a great week!

The experience staying here was great! We are so pleased with how clean the property was and the overall aesthetic of the place. The host (CJ) was very communicative and answered any questions we had. Overall this is definitely a place to consider staying as the beds were comfortable and the arrival/leaving procedures were smooth! Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed it very much. Was short on towels, plates and utensils and the Host took care of it quickly. Loved the elevator, large porch, large pool and closeness to beach. Loved the simple things required to do to check out( empty trash and start dishwasher) so many VRBOs require much more which is unreasonable when paying this price. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely well stocked with everything you need. The view is spectacular.

Nice condo with great location right on the beach. A short golf cart ride to the boardwalk as well as restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The bedroom with the bunk beds and double bed was perfect for our 3 girls ages 6 through 10. Great communication with host and easy check in.

Nice property and location

This was a great condo with updated furnishings. The beds were extremely comfortable! Loved the deck and ocean view. Had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic week at Carolina Beach! The views are beautiful and it’s a great location to restaurants. Definitely more crowded than Wrightsville Beach, but it worked for our family. Furniture could be replaced both inside and on the outside deck, more towels,

Thank you for the feedback. The chairs on the deck were just replaced and the same goes for the beach items in storage.

our favorite family vacation!

This place was perfect for my family. The hosts thought of everything needed & the place we stayed was beautiful! We’ve discussed we will never book other places lol, we loves it here! So did our kids (3 & 1.5) the porch was the perfect hangout spot, so close to the beach & they had everything we needed for the beach!

Perfect Oceanside spot!

We enjoyed our stay here, despite the cooler weather! Plenty of room, right on the beach! Spent time in downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Was perfect for getting our family together before the holiday.
