Listing states pool, hot tub but doesn’t state NOT ON SITE OR NEAR BY. This is a basic condo with nothing onsite. In order to reach anything “nearby” like a pool, or the water slides you have to walk up the street a fair distance past two extremely rundown hotels with unsavory guests. Front of building was about the most accurate picture but that’s not where you enter. You must enter the back where everything surrounding you is dilapidated. All amenities EXCEPT the pool and hot tub states “nearby” those two items however simply say amenities implying it’s onsite which it is not. See pictures for outside and surroundings including hotels mentioned as well as one illustrating how far up the street everything is from the location.

What is that smell???!!

Arrived at apartment at check in time. Immediately we were accosted by a horrific smell. We assumed it was from some Cooking that had been done by previous renters? We then noticed that all of the cushions were off of the couch and piled on the coffee table. The pull- out couch was left halfway pulled out? After a few tries my Husband was unable to push the couch in and we called housekeeping to come and fix it. Then we ran down to the Wal mart and got some scented candles and a large bottle of Febreeze. While we were out housekeeping had come and repaired the couch which was good, but the smell was still there. We liberally sprayed the curtains and fabrics with deodorizer and then headed out for dinner. When we returned later the smell was still as strong as ever. That was how the rest of our stay was, multiple scented candles and spraying febreeze before we left. We used 4 sented candles and an entire bottle of febreeze in 3 days . As soon as the candles were out the smell would creep back in. We checked out early the day we left and had to wash all of our clothes at the next hotel as our personal items had been permeated by whatever it was?? Creepy. Otherwise the place is exactly as advertised, close to the beach and fairly new inside. Should have been a great stay but sadly that was not the case.

Beautiful and Spacious

This condo looks exactly the same in person as it looks on line. It is very clean and beautiful. In addition, the location is great. We were able to walk to Family Kingdom and the boardwalk. The rides to the airport and Broadway at the Beach were 10 minutes or so. The front desk staff at the Landmark was fantastic and they made the check-in and check-out process very easy.
