A smooth and effortless process from start to finishOur major disappointment was that the promised hot tub was out of commission, and that happened to be one of our hopes as we searched local hotels. Here's a funny part, the suitestill had some cleaning materials left, and of course that meant the room had just been cleaned, and indeed it was spic and span. On the other hand, we did put them outside our door instead on night table. So what's to complain about.BUT free breakfast was good, our room had a view to the courtyard, all was comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. We only visit Madison once a year but will rebook again.

Pretty Decent for a Nice Break

It was a nice room with a comfy bed and working technology. The pool and hot-tub was a nice perk; great for relaxing after being out and about. Sometimes there would be no one at the front desk, so communicating with staff was a bit patchy, but decent nonetheless.

Madison weekend

Hotel was clean and checkin process was easy. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t make it on the original date of check in. They accommodated with no issues or extra charges and even let us push the check out date one day further. Would recommend.
