Unit is located on the bottom floor with 8 wide steps down and a sturdy handrail. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. Unit has private Wi-Fi. Enjoy breathtaking views of the open main channel of Lake Hamilton, one of the best condo views on the lake! Just off Central Ave (Highway 7) are restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, a movie theater and Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino. Enjoy morning coffee and sunrises on your private balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I had made a mistake on booking, and Robert worked with me to get us in a unit. So thankful for his help. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The unit was very clean and the location cannot be beat.

Just like the pictures presented themselves. Ideal lakefront property, with a pool. If , like my wife and myself, there is just two people, this is perfect. Definitely better than a hotel.

The condo was very clean and the views were great.We were able to park directly in front of the condo for ease of access and unloading and loading for our stay.The pool area was clean and the dock has benches to sit on to enjoy quality time by the water. We will be back again!!

Everything was as advertised. The condo was quiet, clean, well equipped and had a great lake view. The location was also great with groceries, shopping and restaurants near. It was an easy trip to hiking and the national park.

My husband and I purchased this condo in an amazing location with great views and completely updated the floors, kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, paint and décor. All furniture is new as well.
