At our cozy mountain cabin, enjoy listening to the babbling creek that winds through the property from the comfort of your chair on the shady deck. With its welcoming, homey feel, Otta-Walla is the perfect place to host a group of friends or family. Equipped with a large fireplace for those cold winter nights and outdoor dining options for those warm summer days, Otta-Walla is wonderful all year round. Surround yourself with nature as deer are often spotted grazing on the lush greenery. Nestled in the valley, our cabin offers easy access to pet-friendly trailheads, is a mere 5 minute walk to the quaint town center of Green Mountain Falls, and is near attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak. Spring Break

Ideal location for visiting Pikes Peak. Unfortunately, the mountain top was closed all week with the windy conditions, but we still enjoyed our stay, and found plenty of other things to do. Lots of room for our teens, their Grandma, and even our two dogs. Beds were comfy enough, more than enough spots to sit, nice shower, nice deck, fairly quiet area, with quick walking access to nature. I walked the dogs up to the Catamount Trailhead every morning.

Great Retro Cabin

The cabin was very retro but in a good way! It was well stocked and clean! Comfy beds and a good location. Great communication with the hosts and easy check in and check out. The online pics and video were pretty accurate except we were surprised at how close together the homes were in the neighborhood, behind the cabin, but it didn’t really bother us and it was quiet. The neighbors were friendly too! We would stay here again!

Great Place for a Girl’s Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The place was as advertised with plenty of beds, adequate kitchen and room for all of us to watch football in the family room. The stream in the back was lovely and it was a short walk to the Pantry and Blue Moose.

Comfortable and well supplied

We especially liked the living room with the big windows and skylights. The fireplace is lovely and we enjoyed the warmth on the chilly autumn evenings. The host was very responsive, the home well stocked, beds are comfy, and the area is quiet.

Roomy, close to town, wonderful stay in GMFs. Decor was a bit dated but this was disclosed. Loved the creek so close and outdoor patio!

Excellent Experience

Lovely place to stay. Ability to eat outside by the stream was a highlight for the grandchildren. Listening to the stream at night was enjoyed by all. The house was just as described: perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again.

Very Comfortable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Otta-Walla. Beautiful location and very comfortable accommodations. The history of the property endeared us even more. We highly recommend this property.

What a Lovely Place!

This cabin has plenty of space with separate living and dining areas. There are also two outdoor areas for dining and/or gathering.The fast-running stream on the property is a nice bonus. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely go back.

Great getaway

Stayed here around Thanksgiving just to relax. We were used to the weather but we did get out and did some exploring. The house had everything and more of what we needed. I would love to come back again

Great place!

The house had comfortable beds, lots of extra linens, a great porch, and extra amenities to get us by if we had forgotten anything (condiments, soap, shampoo, etc.). The check out process was by far the easiest I’ve ever experienced…basically pile up your towels and that’s it! We also enjoyed the little restaurants in town; The Pantry had great breakfast!

Nice getaway

Overall, we had a great stay. The living room carpet needed a good vacuuming but that’s not a deal breaker. Deck was wonderful and the beds were awesome. We would stay there again.

Our type of place

If you enjoy being away from the busyness of the city, this is the place for you. Well kept, quiet and cozy, with great surroundings! The creek sounds are tranquil. Our young teen children loved playing outside and exploring. Close enough to activities in Colorado Springs and manitou springs! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Great location

The cabin is quite comfortable and perfect for a group of 7-8. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The location can't be beat as it was so convenient to so many things to see and do. Wildlife visited everyday. Coffee on the deck by the creek each morning was a great way to start the day. We're ready to go back!

Wonderful and very comfy home

We stayed a well in this home and it was perfect for my family. We saw deer right in the front yard and the creek out back was so nice. Big patio and location was perfect. Right outside of Colorado Springs with tons to do in the area and not too close to the city. Hosts were very quick to reply with any questions we had. We definitely need to try this location during the summer as well. Thank you very much for a great stay!!!

Perfect get-away with family to kick-off ‘24!

We wanted a quick stay in the mountains that was close to Denver so we could hike, cook, play games and watch bowl games with our adult son, his girlfriend and dog over New Year’s. The house was perfect- kitchen well equipped, TV very large with great wifi for streaming and fireplace so easy to use & put out more heat than expected! We loved walking to town for a breakfast at The Pantry & hiking on multiple local trails and in Garden of the Gods. Would highly recommend!

Good trip to Colorado

Otta- Walla is a very comfortable place to stay! Up keep of outside needs some attention but ok for age of property. Master bed room needs new carpet and a new overhead light! Quiet and peaceful stay Would reccomend and return

The property was very clean and comfortable. Loved using the fireplace in the living room. Would have a liked to have an empty cabinet to place our dry goods in over the weekend. All cabinets were full, full.

Sister stay

We loved the location of the home. Clean towels, clean sheets were great. Needed some cob web work however. The worst was the condition of the patio/deck. We know there had been some bad weather but the patio needed to be cleaned there were leaves and trash in the corners that had been there for awhile. Attention to detail needed. Thank you.
