Pet friendly property, Max 2 pets, non-refundable pet fee $100.00. A fun couple of minute walk to Old Colorado City and you’ll find an excellent selection of restaurants, brew pubs, ice cream, shopping and live entertainment.

Platte South house has 2 Bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower tub and tub has soothing jets for a quick soak.

Central Air Conditioner and Central Heat. Both bedrooms have Doctor's Choice Queen Beds and comfortable bedding.

Large pretty Landscaped and fenced in backyard, safe for pets and children.

GE Washing machine and dryer available inside house. Large stainless steel Refrigerator and freezer with front door ice maker and purified water system. Easy walk to 3 Fun Parks with playground/basketball/pickleball and tennis court.

We stayed here for a weekend of activities in Manitou Springs. This was a charming little house in a quiet neighborhood. Well supplied with all the necessities, very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a charming house in an older neighborhood with a good vibe. Fenced back yard was a game changer for our pup. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The location is excellent with super easy access to Garden of the Gods, Plkes Peak, Old Town, shopping and more. We stayed 3 nights and would stay there again if we ever go back to Colorado Springs.

The backyard was secure and perfect for our dogs. The house was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. Conveniently located, especially to the Garden of the Gods, I would recommend this property to others and choose to return, myself.

Absolutely loved this place! It was so quaint and cozy, offering a charming escape. The location is unbeatable - close to everything we wanted to do.Christina was very attentive. Will definitely be back!

The house was just as advertised and very comfy. The yard was plenty secure for our furry friend and the neighborhood was nice for frequent walks. For those wanting to run their dogs, there are numerous dog parks nearby. The house is also within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and breweries. Would definitely stay again.

Great home for our weekend getaway. Has all the amenities you’ll ever need and close to all downtown shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive to emails and txt messages. Pets are welcomed there and that was a huge plus for our pick. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Colorado Springs. It was a much needed stop on our way to Rocky Mountains National Park. Definitely recommend it.

This is an incredible place to stay. Location. Location. Location. We loved being able to walk to and around Old Colorado City. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and much much more. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Cute bungalow

This place is in a great location- close to a bunch of fun activities and sights. Fun bar and restaurant scene are close, too. The place was clean and the owner thoughtfully appointed for all the things you’d like want to have. Great spot.

With over 300 days of sunshine each year and virtually no humidity, Colorado Springs provides the perfect backdrop to explore the timeless beauty of the West. Historic Old Colorado City is less than 3 blocks away from the house and less than a 4 minute walk, during the summer every Saturday from 7AM-Noon we have a Farmer's Market with local produce, meats, cheese, bread and flowers. Throughout the summer every Thursday at Bancroft Park we have concerts and all summer long we have festivals and a Friday Night Art Walk.
