We traveled from the East Coast with our children, in laws, and a family friend to attend our son’s graduation. The home was perfect for our family gatherings and sleeping arrangements. The owners were attentive and readily available if we needed anything! Would definitely rent from them again.

Had a great stay. This property was perfectly sized and laid out for our stay. The younger kids really enjoyed the game room and the yard. Loved seeing all of the deer walk through the yard every day. We would gladly re-book next time we're in need off a large place.

Stay was ok. House was outdated and seemingly not kept up very well. All water smelled like sulfur and didn’t get very hot. On the upside, the hosts were very communicative and the house was in a good location. Size was good as well. Unfortunately I would not pay what I paid to stay at this place again. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Just a note, although this house is on a well system, it has excellent filtration and delicious water. The hot tub has higher mineral content, almost like going to. The hot springs. But water inside is completely filtered

Wonderful outdoor space for kids and pets. The downstairs great room/bunk room worked very well with our large group of teens. The place smelled a little musty, but was very clean. Mattresses were a bit dated, but we slept.

We had an excellent experience. We had plenty of room for all the guests and found the accommodations very satisfying,. We saw deer in the backyard onto two occasions and that was a delightful surprise.

Loved it!

Lovely property central to a lot of fun activities in CO Springs. We were less than 30 mins from the zoo, the incline, the penny arcade and even some solid nightlife.

Cozy Home

This feels like a real home and is spacious and comfortable. Our family of thirteen enjoyed both the outside and inside amenities. The location in the city is great because it has plenty of room for privacy yet is close to anything you would need during a vacation from shopping to fun experiences.

Great Place!!

This was a great house! We had 2 families and had plenty of room. The hot tub was nice way to end the evening. House was clean.

Do not rent from this person. Underneath furniture has hanging material. That’s all torn. Windows were filthy. All the faucets drip two of the doors are a fire hazard cannot get them unlatched to get outside if there were a fire. There were no hooks for towels to be hung on The central air is in one room is not vented to the other rooms and was not told that it was very very hot in the house when we arrived. There is no central air. Water was turned off on the swamp cooler. We had to figure that out The shower in the primary bath squirts out the door and floods the bathroom when I called the host to explain some of the issues with the home she said I was just complaining and my only solution was to find another place at 7 o’clock at night for eight people pretty much impossible. She knew we had no choice. It is not pet friendly. Our show dog got out from a hole in the fence and we had to find him. Patio off of primary could not be used due to sewer smell, water smells. Towels all have bleach stains on them. Vacumn doesn’t work. It’s obvious they know the place gets hot, there were fans in every closet that are of no use when it’s hot. Overall not worth the money we paid and feel that she is not reliable to manage a vrbo like one should be.

Family Gathering

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, gathering areas held everyone comfortably, and it was easy access to everything we needed. We will return to this home on our next visit.

Beautiful Home!

From check in to check out, everything was a super easy process. Tanya was a wonderful host, and while caught in a snow storm while visiting Breckenridge, we got stuck for a day and a half, and she was so understanding and so very accommodating. Definitely recommend this stay. There was plenty of room and the scenery was amazing, and the home is beautiful!

As advertized

Family vacation together time with all kids and grandkids and a few friends. The house easily held the 13 of us. The housewas well stocked to be able to cook and serve. Game room was a hit. Plenty to do in the area to cover interests. Had a daily visitor.

Mountain get away

We enjoyed our family trip to Colorado. The vrbo was comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub, the beds were comfy, we had a blast playing the meme game. It was great to have a grill and large kitchen table to enjoy meals together. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver.

New Years in CO Springs!

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate our sons first birthday and new years! The host was very responsive to any questions. We also brought our pets. There is a lot of space, both inside and outdoors. It was a great stay!

Peaceful and Cozy

We loved our stay! There were plenty of towels, the house was so clean and comfortable to sleep 6 adults and 4 toddlers. The hot tub was wonderful to warm us up on the cold nights- also VERY clean! We were greeted by deer every morning outside the back porch. The neighbors were friendly too! We plan to stay here again :)

Perfect for Family

This is the perfect place for family and the location was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet the living/dining room with a nice long table gives a space to come together again for meals and games. The outdoor area was rustic but spacious and the kids enjoyed the hot tub which was a nice bonus. We spotted deer, rabbits, chipmunks, and lots of birds. Also relax on the front deck and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. We would definitely come back to stay!

Best beds ever

So first, I have to say, this VRBO had the best beds. So comfortable! This house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and has a great view out the front. We had five adults and one child and we had ample room. You really can’t go wrong with this listing.
