The unit was clean and well equipped. Loved the outside seating area. Very close to downtown and all the wonderful restaurants, parks and Pinellas trail. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location to walk to all restaurants and breweries. We enjoyed our stay and Michael (host) was responsive to my questions.

The cottage was perfect for our short visit!

Awesome place!

From booking to check-in everything was easy. Property was amazing. Loved all the extras that the owners did to make you feel comfortable. Perfect location for walking around downtown.

Charming cottage!

The citrus cottage was just perfect for my daughter and her husband. Spacious and nicely furnished with a huge closet, on a quiet street and close proximity to everything. Great experience overall.

Easy check-in! Extremely clean! Comfortable bed! And walking distance to everything in downtown Dunedin! Also very close to the biking Trail. The host was often in touch to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would return if in Dunedin again!

The layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor space out front and out back was perfect for our toddler. The proximity to restaurants and the Blue Jays stadium could not have been better. We took advantage of the bike rentals close by. The street was quiet but very accessible. The kitchen could use a cheese grater.

Best little place in Dunedin

We had a great stay at Citrus Cottage. The rooms were clean and the A/C kept us comfortable. The location is perfect, only a short walk to restaurants, entertainment venues and to the marina. It gets 5 stars for the 3 C’s; Clean, Comfortable and Convenient.

Great centrally located in the heart of downtown Dunedin. Very easy to access the Pinellas Trail. Great communication with owner. Clean and quite neighborhood.

All you could want!

Wonderful 6 nights, location is perfect to walk everywhere. Very clean and comfortable, owner has great communication, highly recommend, will be back.

Stay in Dunedin

The place is a nice cottage , everything is clean and the location is close to many things. I do. It have to call for anything. The owners were Prompt and had to door code and any information I needed. I plan on staying at this place on the future.

Way to go, Citrus!

Citrus Cottages in Dunedin, FL was a truly joyful place. We were within walking distance of all the town bistros and stores. It was just the sort of place you look for in a vacation: clean, practical, and convenient! i can truly recommend this place for your out of town stay!

Dunedin gem!

Location is everything! We visited during spring training and were able to walk everywhere. Great restaurants, shops and breweries. Our favorite place to visit and this rental is perfect!

Christmas Stay

Visiting family stayed at Kathy’s place. Nicely equipped and comfortable. Great location right behind the Dunedin Brewery and all the other local spots. Very walkable!

Lovely well appointed property

This property has been completely updated and well done. It is nicely appointed and everything in working condition. A big plus is its proximity to downtown shopping and restaurants (so many great choices!) - only a couple of blocks. I will absolutely stay here again!

Dunedin is amazing & this cottage was the perfect place to stay because it’s perfectly located in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to every meal & to shop all day! The cottage is clean, bright, and spacious. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back.

Quick Trip With Friends

This was our second stay at Citrus Cottage 2, and our friends stayed in Citrus Cottage 1. The Citrus Cottages are in the perfect location to explore all that downtown Dunedin has to offer. The Cottages are spotless and have all of the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. We have had nothing but the best experience in our two stays at the cottages and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Dunedin. We highly recommend Citrus Cottages to a couple or two couples planning a trip to Dunedin. You won't be disappointed.
