We loved our stay! The location is conveniently located as it’s right on the beach & near many restaurants and shops. Also, it’s a short drive to downtown The beach was wide with plenty of room to set up comfortably & the condo is well-stocked with everything you might need for your stay. It was super clean & comfortable. We highly recommend this property & would stay here again! Be sure to catch at least one gorgeous sunset while here!

We have stayed at many rentals and this is by far one of, if not the best. The condo was in a great location, well stocked, and the owners were extremely communicative. We hope to return!

You couldn't ask for a better accomodation in a better location. It is so clean and cozy. Mary & Doug have thought of everything to make the condo fully equipped and it always makes our stay as stress free as possible. We have booked with them several times and hope to again. There is so much to see and do alongSt. Augustine Beach and in the historical district. You're always walking distance to great music, food, a farmers market, the beach, and so much more. My family and I can't say enough great things and are very thankful for such a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and well-supplied, with easy access to the pool and the beach. Doug and Mary supplied everything we needed for the stay and their clear communications were greatly appreciated. Five stars and two thumbs up!

This was an amazing condo! Access to the pool and beach were amazing. Condo kitchen had everything you need. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to both the pool and the beach with easy access to each. It’s also conveniently close to all the local attractions.Doug and Mary were great hosts, making sure everything was in order and that our expectations were met. The stay was well worth the price, and we look forward to coming back soon!

I've been coming to Pier Point South with my family for 10 years now. This unit is the best we've ever stayed in! Me and my husband loved it! My siblings fought to sleep with us in the twin beds. The check-in was super easy and I loved not having to worry about a key (key pad lock). The place was so clean and updated. The hosts were super friendly and nice, always checking in to make sure we were okay. We will absolutely will be staying here specifically next July! Highly recommend!

House was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, showers were great. Owners responded to every question we had. Several restaurants in walking distance. We didn't use the pool but the beach was nice and close. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Doug and Mary!
