Boasting a great location, steps to the beach, space for 5 guests and all of the comforts of your home, this condo in lovely St. Augustine Beach is a great place to plan your next vacation! Family owned and operated. We want your stay in St. Augustine to be wonderful. You are like family!

Our condo is on the third floor and offers two bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa and is quite comfortable! If you want to stay in and cool off from the sun, we have cable and WiFi included. You can also sit in the screened in patio and enjoy the views.

The Ocean Village Club is a gated ocean front condominium complex with two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffle board, grilling area, lending library, fitness center and car wash station! When staying here, you're close to the intercostal waterway, historic St. Augustine, and many local attractions. World-class golf, shopping, dining, surfing, fishing, beach-going, and sightseeing await you!

Great Condo!!

This was a great place! We stayed 6 weeks and were very pleased with the location to downtown, the walk to the beach, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Check in was super easy and the place is really clean. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again! Also, the condo pools were a big plus!

Prachtige locatie

Mooi vakantiehuis vlak bij zee. Het zwembad was heerlijk warm en het huis had alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn. Met een auto is alles goed bereikbaar en de plaats is erg leuk. Mocht je de slaapbank nodig hebben, die lag helaas echt niet goed. Verder prima en aanrader.

An enjoyable stay.

Felt right at home. The condo was clean and inviting and just a short walk to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find a plug-in CO detector, night lights in each bathroom and one in the hallway. A first-aid kit was also in the unit. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Wonderful Stay

Owners were prompt and concise with communications and directions. Condo was clean, with loads of beach items for use and a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. I loved that the teens had their own half bath. It is quite the walk to the beach (12-15 min), but the private access is very nice. The public beach (probably closer to the actual unit) was closed for construction while we were there, but we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall it was wonderful…but to give you a heads up.

Pictures are deceiving. Not of the room but the location to the beach. It is a very long walk. You can park closer, if you can find a spot. Kids beds are not comfortable at all. Couch is very springy. Washer and dryer could use an update but they work. No elevator so be prepared to hall all your stuff up three flights. Other than that it’s perfect. We loved our stay. Good location to everything!

Girls trip

All was as expected, the only problem was the air was broken. We were only there 2 nights. And notified the owner. They had no control over this, but thought a discount on another visit would have been offered.

At the beach

Good times

Wonderful decor and nice lay out. It was very well equipped with beach equipment and kitchen tools. Nice proximity to bike able beach. We were unable to swim at both pools...one was empty and the other had a busted heater. The tennis courts do not allow pickleball.

Great stay

We had a great visit here for my birthday. The condo is about 12 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and about 5 minutes from grocery stores and gas stations. It’s a very convenient location. We were able to take a quick walk to the beach and while the heated pool was under maintenance, we used a nearby heated pool with permission from the host. The condo itself was very clean and had all of our most needed kitchen items and bathroom items. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and friendliness of the host. Overall we had a great stay!

Nice condo

The condo was fine for our quick stay in STA. There were a few things that we weren’t happy with : plastic furniture, patio doors barely opened , porch cluttered , bad furniture on porch. There is no view of the ocean from this condo unless you are a bird- lol ! We did enjoy the short walk to the private beach area.

We were unable to reach anyone by phone when we found that the entry code provided was incorrect. We had to wait for another car to open the gate.

Great place

Great stay. It was perfect. Only con was that it was a long walk to the beach carrying all of our stuff. We started just driving onto the beach to make it more manageable.

Weekend at the Beach

We really enjoyed this quaint apartment. It had a wonderful open floor plan and just enough space for our family of four. It was well stocked with dishes and utensils, towels and sheets and even had a small cooler and wagon and beach toys to take to the beach. I had to communicate a couple times with the owners and they were quick to respond and super kind and helpful. We forgot to print out our parking passes, but the owners told us we there was a Office Depot nearby where we could get that done and it was quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Beach Stay

This condo has a nice layout and is close to many restaurants and stores as well as downtown Saint Augustine. A quick walk through the complex and you are at the beach. We were only here for the weekend and the weather was not great but the condo was so cozy and we had a nice time! Please note (unlike I did) that there is only 1 full bath (the other is a half bath) but that worked out fine for our family.

The place was clean. Could use some updating. Sliding glass doors very hard to open up,my husband even sprayed them. Out side furniture was awful falling apart. Needs to have more of a variety of pots and dishes. Must say though I asked owner if she had a crockpot she said no but was very nice and purchased one.

We love sitting out on the patio and watching the sunrise and sunset. The sky is beautiful! Our patio is screened in, so we do not have to worry about unwelcome bugs flying around while we sit outside. We are truly thankful to be able to share our space with you!
