Shawn was a great host and the location could not have been better for our family of 5. It was an easy walk to the beach and funland and the condo had more than enough space for us during rainy evenings.

Very clean upon arrival, great communication with host, and a perfect location. Couldn’t ask for more. We had a 5 and 10 year old with us, so the bunk beds were a hit! The development was well maintained and the parking spot was clutch. Overall, absolutely nothing to complain about!

It was so good we rebooked another weekend before we left. The proximity to the beach, main street, and boardwalk is unbeatable. Plus a pool. Kitchen was well appointed with coffee filters and trashbags.

Nice stay close to everything

The property was super close to the beach and within walking distance to everything in downtown Rehoboth. We were very happy with out stay!

Perfect location

My family had a great stay. The condo was very clean and well kept. The location is perfect too, close to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants/shops.

This was our second stay at this property and we had another great visit. The host was super responsive when we messaged him with a question upon check-in. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk just can’t be beat.

We are a family of 5 and Shawn’s condo was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed plus the proximity to the beach was incredible! We can’t wait to come back for another stay.

Great place steps from the ocean

This spot is great because the rental is up to date, well appointed, great location to all that Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk has to offer. Definitely a repeat destination.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The condo is so well located to the beach, boardwalk and dining. As a family of 4, we were very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. Would stay again!
